I am almost ready to buy more now.
Funny how one loan decision can change the value of a company so much.
Lots of money to be made here now in my opinion.
16m M/C now lol,
Volume is small, MM's happy to move it down to make themselves a few pounds.
Some will take the risk and jump to buy in cheaper, not worth the risk imo.

I will agree with you that we have been conned if AP does not get T2 and we get this last loan converted. We will need money though one way or another. So i had and am expecting a placing but at around 0.60p would be a sensible price. But you claim you called 0.3p correct? now you have changed it to .15p so you were not right as now you have gone lower. lol.

Also whats with the WE have been conned? surely you can't be a holder?

you are correct.

Now to answer these people that want to claim that assets are worthless until into production. Sorry but you are wrong.Assets cost money to get and the further down the road you get with them the more valuable they become.
Take Solgold have great assets yet no income, Market cap 680m.

I maybe unhappy with this last finance deal AP has done, lets hope it is only a short term loan as he says. But i understand that there is a need for money even if T2 comes through. If we do get the diamond mine in Zim that will need money to bring it on line. Even at a 50/50 split the value to vast would be massive.

The assets we have are fantastic ,Pickstone-Peerless Gold Mine (Zimbabwe) up and running making a profit. Manaila Polymetallic Mine (Romania) up and running soon to be making money once new trucks arrive.Eureka Gold Mine, 25.01% owned, every thing in place including plant, coming on line soon.
Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine, all plant in place getting very close to producing.
Now we do have more but these are the four we know are on line or about to come on line.
How much do you think those assets are worth, how much do you think it would cost along with time, to get these assets to where they are today. 100m ?
This is the reason i would not even think about selling, i am more on the lines of buying at this silly price.
Then there is the relieve rally we will get if AP does get this last loan paid off in time.
Good luck.

Agree that AP has lost credibilty in promising progress but under delivering. I have said this time and again lose the confidence of investors it is hard to get it back.It now also makes me think of the AFRC days and how much spin is going on to make pi's lose yheir hard earned money. Prople say he bouvht some at .6 that is confidence for pi's really when he gets paid from investors money via his salary? Sad state of affairs imo.Anyway good luck all and hope that the new year brings us good news.SamHAPPY NEW YEAR

I have an idea you are wanting in lower so are trying to put me off from posting?

Ammu

Well if you are right about 0.15p that would at least mean that the second tranche of the convertible loan would not be activated.

The money has been spent on assets, paying off some of some of the debt and progressing the assets.
The fact that the market can't see the small amount of debt that we had has now been reduced is daft. The fact that we had to pay for the costs of getting the licence for BP earlier than was expected, cost $1.8m. The cost of getting BP to where it is today would be a cost of around $50m. So yet again the market looks at the $1.8m spend and not the benefits of getting the asset at such a fantastic price.

What i was surprised by in that pod cast last week was he never mentioned the new trucks for Manaila or the Eureka projects which are said to be coming on line in H1.

carla.

I don't know if you listened to last weeks pod cast but here is a link.

hxxps://t.co/ReOOM4y4JI

Actually i just listened to it again myself.
He does mention the amount of money he has had to pay out over the last 10 months which was interesting.$2.2m debt paid back to sub surhara and $400,000 in interest.
$1.8m to get the BP licence so they did not end up losing it.
So a lot of money to improve the company over all, $4.2m on those 3 things alone.

He does come across as being quite confident that he will get T2 to pay off the loan before its converted. Some on LSE seem to believe he is going to convert trance one, Well he says he has no intention of letting them convert.

We can all see what just the mention of this loan being converted into a death spiral has done. So he needs to make sure that its not converted with planes to buy them back in the time frame set out. That would just give the trolls and the market to punish the share price for a further period of time. He needs to get some feel good factor back into this share as soon as possible not prolong the pain.

Not til Jan.
There is no rush, with this bridging loan hanging above the share price
But as i said before i have plenty of these at a lot higher price so if AP delivers on his comments of the final paper work for T2 will be released on 7 Jan i have till the end of the week to buy.But that does depend on when my money comes through.
I don-t see there being a rush to buy on this news as we all know now that AP is not very reliable with time lines. Even though he said he was planing not to give specific
time lines he has no control over, he could not resist.
