"The Company has now concluded legal documentation for an extension to 31 January 2024 with a further period of one month to 29 February 2024 to effect repayment prior to the creditors having an ability to commence any enforcement of security so as to allow the Company to finalise ongoing repayment initiatives as previously announced"

Repayment initiative underway but no diamonds.

Interesting that the consolidation date coincides with the end of further period.

last time there was a placing it was 100/1. this time 6/1 plus 5 deferred shares.
So why add the deferred shares. May be for those that held or bought get a nice divi when the diamond money comes through. Just thinking outside the box.

So why not say consolidation at 6/1 instead of for every 54 shares you get 9 shares.
Could it be that, add the 5 deferred shares to the one, and you get 6/6. I do note that they made a point of saying there was no value to the deferred shares. So why add them in. Because the only time there is a value is when a divi is paid. Those deferred shares could have been added incase the diamonds dont come in time, So then using that diamond money or part of as a divi back to holders. Just thinking outside the box.

Mark

Are you feeling the pain of buying in here. I am positive and never invest what i cant afford to lose. You should try it. Means i can sleep at night. We all have our own way of investing. But i do read so many people look to blame anyone but themselves for their losses. I expect you will be joining dog gang now on here. Well no one posts on on his thread, so waste of time complaining over there. No best to continuing to post on here, and vent your anger on holders that still have faith in the company, and its management.

Mark, i do feel for you, but i cant say what you would like me to say. Because i don't agree with your sentiments.

"With the near term prospect of receipt of the historic parcel and the benefit of current discussions with the owner of the Swiss investment company, and also with the expected rise of the Company's share price in the light of these developments, it is not expected that a material proportion of the requested authorities will be required in practice"

Sounds like both the capital raise, and the 6 for 1 consolidation, are the board just creating options just in case. The share price falling by such a percentage on the back of that is ridiculous. The board even say they expect such affirmative options to create an increase in the share price (on the back of "we have a plan" as opposed to "we have no plan").

Yes - they could BUY BEFORE the consolidation at this cheap price or end up paying 6 times more and getting 6 times less. God! Are you deliberately trying to be thick?

So vast went down a year ago by about 25%, before it rose 500%. Sometimes the market takes time to workout what news really means. That or they just dropped the price to get more cheap shares. Now i wonder.
