Has anyone figured out who this mystery Swiss investment company is? That contract etc all sounds a bit contrived to me.

Anyone 'invested' here may well end up blue after their gas and electricity has been cut off due to having lost all their money on a Spiv's Romanian/Zimbabwean scam.

Not that large a volume really after that news.
As for being blue by end of day, i dont think so.

Zen
who said there is a DISCOUNT placing coming.
All i have seen is this regarding a placing.
Subject to the completion of the first sale under the Platinum Group Metals Agreement the owner of the Swiss investment Company owning the high grade PGM concentrate has indicated a firm interest in providing major restructuring finance to the Company, partly through debt and partly through equity to be issued at a higher price than the current share price. so, i see this. partly through equity to be issued at a higher price than the current share price.
As you have to give at least two weeks notice for a GM. Today was the latest they could call it before the 29th of the month.
It does read most likely there being a placing. But there are a lot of other options in this RNS. I would preferer to buy while i can at this discount i know is there. Some will wait to see what happens.

Kemche…
“I have a sneaking suspicion that we could possibly end up BLUE by COP. Any thoughts?”

Yes, most of the boy band BLUE have gone bankrupt so it makes sense.

As i said, dogs thread will go with the rest of his threads.lol.

I dont see Mercuria calling in their dept. So just Alpha could. So just about $4.5m to find. That is if they were to callin their debt.

The Directors would like to stress that the authority is required in order to give comfort to the Creditors. With the near term prospect of receipt of the historic parcel and the benefit of current discussions with the owner of the Swiss investment company, and also with the expected rise of the Company's share price in the light of these developments, it is not expected that a material proportion of the requested authorities will be required in practice, or if required not at prices similar to the current share price.

Its always wise have a alternative, to fall back on if needed. Only a fool would wait and have no bargaining chips to play. This could be all down to the person who had put up the property as collateral wanting more for this to continue. Time will tell. But as i said i am happy with all this news. That why i have bought more.

There is zero chance of raising enough by a placing to pay the debt off. The only chance they have is someone funds Vast in exchange for taking control, aka equity wipeout, although why anyone would want to take over a loss making mine is beyond me.

I completely agree; GF is utterly pointless with his relentless spew. He's actually welcoming a zero share value now. How utterly mental is that. Such is his vision of progress. Deserves to be destitute.
