So who's going to appear first, Lucy with a bag of diamonds (or marbles) or Roy Orbison singing 'It's Over'? Less than 10 trading days now to find out...

ForfailterLooking at the timing, there is going to be no calling in of these two debt. They can not even think of doing a dilution before they get permission to add shares. Mercuria will not be calling there debt in thats for sure. Only a halfwit would say that. Why would anyone in the business off taking ore from a company want to cut off their nose to spite their face. They have been waiting since 2018 to get their hands on this concentrate, while they have been paid a nice interest for the debt in this time. So from a few weeks ago, when we were under the impression that the only way to finance paying off these loans was by the return of these diamonds or a very large placing. Now its appears that there is also another option from the Swiss. I believe that mercuria will wait. Alpha will be replaced by the Swiss. And a placing then announced for $1.5m for working capital. AIMO.

Simon's back and he definitely isn't Kever. Are you going to fake any e mails this week? Perhaps you're too sad as you've lost all your money and nobody believes you.

Agreed. They can fudge the shares in issue etc as much as they like but it won't change the fact that they are making massive losses. Lat ditch attempt to stave off the inevitable in the hope that something will come up.

Why would it be worth a penny when it mines at 60% gross margin loss on grades that were getting worse, are burning any cash that is ever pumped in and when the diamonds were stolen 13 years ago and never seen since?

If they did raise the the whole £8.4m after a consolidation at 0.45p the amount of shares in issue would be around 3 B.....giving a resultant market cap of around £13-14M if the share price remained at 0.45p.....

But the company would be debt free giving an enterprise value of £13-14m and a million of working capital

The enterprise value at the moment...debt plus mkt cap....is around £10-11m

Add the diamonds into the equation at some later point and the possible investment from the swiss.....and you have an interesting scenario

So the trolls have convinced a few that vast will have to dilute by the $10.5m. I believe the market has at this moment priced in vast to dilute by $10.5m.
But i cant see there being any chance that vast could get a placing away to pay Alpha and Mercuria off by the next day. Even if they did, it would take two weeks to come through. So i will go with a placing for the $1m. So if vast dont need the $10.5m you just might get a boost for that alone. As i say AIMO.

Just seen this on LSE.

"How are they going to raise more than twice the current market capitalisation in a new share issue at anywhere near even the current share price?".

Well the reply was they will not need the amount you are saying.

When in fact the reply should have been. The current Market cap has nothing to do with how many shares they would like to add. Lets say the market cap is £4m. they do a consolidation at 6 to 1 so the market cap then stays at £4m but instead of having 5.7b
Shares they would have 928million share. but instead of the share price being 0.07p it would be
0.42p. So that is the price. At the time of consolidation. no movement in the price at all. But that would mean they could dilute, any amount they could get away. that is the main point to take away. They may wont to requested to issue, up to a nominal value of £8,400,000 of share capital. But that does not mean they need or wont to dilute by that much. I would say it very unlikely they would get that amount away in one go anyway. So if you believe that Alpha and Mercuria are going to call in their lone on the 29th then you would be mad not to sell. Vast are more than likely going to ask for US$1 million for working capital than $10.5m. AIMO.

been having another good read of the latest RNS.
Some very interesting point i had confirmed.
I won't be posting them. As i would hate the thought that they would encourage anyone from buying. I will leave it to the trolls to encourage people to sell. That way i will benefit from being able to buy more cheaply. I would hate a troll to consider that i am only posting to get the price up. lol.
