15/2/2022 18:19 | Do you think high oil price or inflation (energy/staffing costs/equipment/mate | diku
15/2/2022 17:32 | Diku Yes but remember it’s the biggest piling contractor in the uk about to recommence dividends. I’ve put in an order for 100k at 35p | hybrasil
15/2/2022 15:23 | Just as i thought...something is a miss here...price breaking down...results day price doesn't move...Director buy price doesn't move but eventually down... | diku
14/2/2022 15:04 | That suggest price will dip...now the spread is very tight...40 bid - 41 offer... | diku
14/2/2022 15:01 | Indeed ... seller in mkt that seems eager to get out or reduce holding .... 45,454 gone through at 39p this afternoon .... | livewireplus
11/2/2022 15:04 | Because punters are playing mainly big caps...all too often punters feel stitched up with small caps... | diku
11/2/2022 10:40 | Agree with you hybrasil - there's loads of small caps where the price has fallen significantly although results have been excellent and outlooks are good. eg Somero (SOM)available at 503p (year high 600p), Calnex (CLX) available at 124p (year high 150p), Fonix (FNX) available 150p (year high 185p) etc etc. Unfortunately people don't tend to buy these shares unless tipped by someone highly rated such as Simon Thompson in Investors Chronicle. They seem to need permission to buy and tend to buy at the top of the market... Classic example today where TEK were tipped as one of his 2022 bargains and share price bounced up 14% to 32p. Yesterday you could buy at 27.6p despite the year high being around 34p and the future looking bright with progress made with their holdings in BELL etc. | lammylover
11/2/2022 07:52 | Relax diku. There is a seller in the market probably harwood and until that overhang is cleared the share price is going nowhere. It’s a buying opportunity. I am finding a lack of interest in a lot of small caps I have. This tends to be temporary. Look at totally (tly) where I have for me a big holding. Same thing | hybrasil
10/2/2022 20:25 | Of course the spouse buying and now the Director buying after results had no impact...a bit bizzare...in fact the price never moved on results day ...hope not but I am beginning to think maybe they are in the process of buying another company hence the price weakness... | diku
10/2/2022 15:08 | Its just an unloved share with no media coverage. The daily volume is tiny, so the market makers drop the bid and open up the spread at every possible opportunity....hence the price falling back to 42/40p. I think the CEO and Director's wife share buys clearly demonstrate that the business has now turned around and should deliver decent profit again, going forward. | lammylover
10/2/2022 14:49 | And the price is breaking down...and is the Director buy a false sense of security?... | diku
10/2/2022 12:49 | Says in there investors presentation on 31/01/22, " The Group has been awarded several important contracts, including on the Core Valley Lines rail electrification and the Smart Motorway Programme Alliance" Haven't Smart Motorways been put on Hold ? | blue377
09/2/2022 19:03 | Week ago Monday results were out and no price movement...this week Director buying and still no movement...one can buy below the mid price...does this make sense at all...is there an unknown out there?... | diku
09/2/2022 14:58 | Levelling up contracts in the North?.. | diku
09/2/2022 11:18 | Let's hope the Directors keep piling in :-) | livewireplus
09/2/2022 10:32 | That's a decent buy which indicates at least a reasonably confident view of the company's future over the next few years, imo. It looks a decent chunk of his earnings, perhaps around 25% if my memory is working today. Much less than that sort of ratio always makes me wary that it's just a puff to raise the share price, but I think Cutler has quite a shareholding building up over the next few years with shares to vest from bonus schemes etc, so agreeing to a bonus scheme based on shares rather than cash is also a positive sign, imo. | muckshifter
09/2/2022 08:11 | Yes I got 75k at .42p | hybrasil
09/2/2022 08:04 | ... and presently this morning you can still pick them up for that price as well... | livewireplus
09/2/2022 07:52 | RNS - CEO Mark Cutler BUYS 150,000 shares at 42p. Good news! | lammylover
07/2/2022 09:11 | Think that 5320 sold today was bought last Monday on results day...no movement upward and they start to bail out...it becomes a self full filling price weakness...punters are just not hanging around...same with 2209 sell today bought last Monday... | diku
04/2/2022 11:25 | There doesn't seem much point in worrying about day to day fluctuation in this company's share price diku. My expectation is that it will be a slow and steady performer for some months, but should still manage a doubling over the next year to eighteen months. Hope so anyway! | muckshifter
04/2/2022 08:54 | Or beginning to think maybe it was a sell worked through since Monday distributed to PI's...hence the price never moved up... | diku
03/2/2022 18:29 | Is that 111k Director buy?... | diku
03/2/2022 15:39 | Finally it moves down...all those who bought in since Monday locked in?... | diku
02/2/2022 21:02 | All this levelling up bill for the North should benefit VANL?.. | diku |
