Of course the spouse buying and now the Director buying after results had no impact...a bit bizzare...in fact the price never moved on results day ...hope not but I am beginning to think maybe they are in the process of buying another company hence the price weakness...

Its just an unloved share with no media coverage. The daily volume is tiny, so the market makers drop the bid and open up the spread at every possible opportunity....hence the price falling back to 42/40p.

I think the CEO and Director's wife share buys clearly demonstrate that the business has now turned around and should deliver decent profit again, going forward.

Says in there investors presentation on 31/01/22, " The Group has been awarded several important contracts, including on the Core Valley Lines rail electrification and the Smart Motorway Programme Alliance"
Haven't Smart Motorways been put on Hold ?

Week ago Monday results were out and no price movement...this week Director buying and still no movement...one can buy below the mid price...does this make sense at all...is there an unknown out there?...

That's a decent buy which indicates at least a reasonably confident view of the company's future over the next few years, imo. It looks a decent chunk of his earnings, perhaps around 25% if my memory is working today. Much less than that sort of ratio always makes me wary that it's just a puff to raise the share price, but I think Cutler has quite a shareholding building up over the next few years with shares to vest from bonus schemes etc, so agreeing to a bonus scheme based on shares rather than cash is also a positive sign, imo.

Think that 5320 sold today was bought last Monday on results day...no movement upward and they start to bail out...it becomes a self full filling price weakness...punters are just not hanging around...same with 2209 sell today bought last Monday...

There doesn't seem much point in worrying about day to day fluctuation in this company's share price diku. My expectation is that it will be a slow and steady performer for some months, but should still manage a doubling over the next year to eighteen months. Hope so anyway!

The price has hardly moved...one can buy below mid price so not sure what the offer price is doing...and now towards the end of day punters see no real rise lose interest and bail out...

it is absolutely ridiculous and a sad reflection on the market itself when a company produces results such as this and only 135000 shares have traded of which I represent over 1/3rd.

Give it three months.

The market is now totally dominated by institutional investors and this is just too small for them.


I will continue to buy at these levels
