The P2 and equipment plus cash is valued at $1.5 a share and currently trading at 57c! Who on earth would see when there is 300% rise to go just to get to the NAV? Then if the deep gas is developed - I would think £4-5 valuation?

Bit unfair on the Canadian investors though when its a Canadian company by releasing the news on AIM first, bet these purchases will be sold this afternoon when TSX opens, will be a strong reaction there

Great open....after that rns, the only way is up. The shorters will be running for the hills if Equinor are moving to the next stage! $1.6billion peak net to VLU per annum! WOW.

One will follow the other imo...uptrend in the making. Company are moving forward with the deep gas project it seems and we are fully funded for several deeps including that all-important horizontal well! I can see us back over 70p very soon.

No expert but couldn't see anything wrong with that RNS, ticked nearly every box Strong financial position Share price near cash levels Shallow gas plays more than covering all costs Production increasing with a 22% increase over the previous quarter Revenues increased in Q4 2019 due to a combination of higher production and gas prices Every deep well stimulation to date in the Thrace basin has successfully resulted in gas flowing to surface. Technical evaluation and reservoir modelling work is ongoing with joint venture partners Probably see a better reaction in Canada than AIM though

Valeura Energy Inc. VALEURA ENERGY TRADING UPDATESource: UK Regulatory (RNS & others)TIDMVLURNS Number : 8091ZValeura Energy Inc.15 January 2020VALEURA ENERGY TRADING UPDATECalgary, January 15, 2020: Valeura Energy Inc. (TSX:VLE, LSE:VLU) ("Valeura" or the "Company"), the upstream natural gas producer focused on appraising and developing an unconventional gas accumulation play in the Thrace Basin of Turkey, provides a trading update for the year ended December 31, 2019. This is in advance of the Company's full financial and operating results due to be announced on March 12, 2020.Balance sheetAs of December 31, 2019, the Company was in a strong financial position, with a net working capital surplus of approximately US$37 million (CDN$48 million).ProductionFourth quarter 2019 production averaged 646 boe/d, comprised of gas produced from the Company's ongoing conventional programme. This is an increase of 22% over the prior quarter, and a demonstration of how the Company's shallow gas work programme of well workovers and recompletions can offset natural declines.Valeura's shallow gas play provides a reliable stream of production and cash flow. Price realisations were relatively stable throughout 2019, averaging US$7.40/Mcf (CDN$9.82/Mcf) in Q4 2019. Revenues increased in Q4 2019 due to a combination of higher production and gas prices, and were more than sufficient to cover the operating costs and all of the G&A costs of the Company.Deep gas appraisalValeura remains encouraged by the potential for its deep gas play. Every deep well stimulation to date in the Thrace basin has successfully resulted in gas flowing to surface. Technical evaluation and reservoir modelling work is ongoing with joint venture partners incorporating all of the new data acquired through the recent drilling and the testing operations. This work is expected to extend through the next one to two months and will be used to define the forward appraisal programme for the deep play in 2020. The Company expects to communicate its 2020 work programme and capital expenditure outlook later in Q1.For further information please contact: Valeura Energy Inc. dave444 - All looking very good. No talk of Equinor backing out of the project - just talk of when they are all going to do next! BOOM. At it's peak - VLU was trading at over $10. Only 87 million shares in issue.

Baillie Gifford (Tesla's major ii)fully backs VLU with 17% shares held through Institution and funds. A big hitter showing full support for project - bought a private placing at over $5/share($60 million)and have held. They see value far above this. Strong buy.

I far prefer VLU at 30p area from £2! Most important thing is cash in the bank...check - that removes the dilution risk. Then the next important thing is growing production...check. Then signs that the management think the bottom is in (share purchases)...check..finally is a blue-sky asset we can appraise with a big backer...check... This has all the ingredients for an explosive 2020! Roll on the positive news!

One of the share for 2020 is going to be PHE news in the acquisition of its development partner W2T should be our ans there will be more news from the contracts with Peel plus maybe other news. Planning application and funding for the first plant will be settled shortly planning early Feb it will be a show in as the Protos site already has outlining planning application for a bigger waste to energy plant. Really does have the potential to grow into a seriously big company from sub £30 million Get on below 1p.
