From last years RNS it states

The price per barrel for the tanker shipment announced on 31 October 2017 has now been confirmed as US$62.15 per barrel. This pricing is based on the arithmetic average of the quotations for Brent DTD published in "Platts Crude Oil Marketwire" for the five days after the date of the bill of lading.

The games they play. Still if some clean them out on the cheap the more the share price should rise when significant news arrives. Far more buy than sell today so far.

Answering my own question... for the full accounts, as they seem to only announce a brief summary via RNS

NTAV of £57m vs market cap £11.6m, strong price of oil, imminent incoming cash mean I've bought today.

Does anyone have the full results announcement? The RNS dated 29-June looks incomplete. No P&L, no balance sheet, no cashflow analysis.
