It was from a well that was shut down, drilled by someone else, worked over by UEN

When they talk about Well 7 and state that the workover is producing daily flows of 225 BPD, is this from a well that was shutdown and therefore not producing, or is it just an increased flow from a well that was producing. If the latter then the 225 BPD is a little meaningless if the initial flow before the workover is not given. Just curious.

Edit - the RNS says bbls/day, although it does say oil volumes, you are correct.

The clue is in the "o"... bopd is oil. If it was quoted simply as bpd then it could include water also.

...but I agree it does seems an awfully long time to drill a well...even with a bit of bad weather..!

You're quite correct, 21 Dec 17 to end of Jul 18 is over 7 months, not 7 months. Apologies.

I recall someone saying the Company was looking for 2000bopd from South D - anyone remember that? The 1000 bopd target in the RNS has surely got to be their official number?

The work over well production number - 225 bopd - I'm assuming that's a total flow rate - including water.

Whatever happens with Well 1 it would appear, in the eyes of the institutions, they have ready ballsed it up - 7 months to drill one well is a sackable offence as well as being operational incompetence - surely?

Bit of an anodyne statement from the Chairman- still nothing from the CEO.

One possibility for those small sells could be shorts being stopped out. Who in their right minds would sell with the news expected in the next 6 weeks.
