No international Oilfield Services companies would be interested in these small operations in such severe conditions. And no Russian company would do it as it's not a normal business model. So just who do you think will do it? I just want to hear your views as you clearly know more about this than myself

The Board is pleased to announce that Brandon Hill Capital Limited has been appointed as the Group's Financial Adviser to introduce strategic partners such as oilfield services companies and investors, with the aim of forming joint venture partnerships or other suitable structures, and/or raising capital for our development projects for Articneft and in Komi. The intention is to start with the Articneft development, where our plans include fracking and additional wells, taking advantage of the substantial reserves confirmed by Blackwatch and shown at the beginning of this announcement.

Any joint venture will need to be with one of their operating companies. So Arcticneft, Petrosakh or one of the new ones. No big or international service company will want to deal with small companies, so will only get local contractors or contractors with an existing relationship. So what exactly are you lot waiting for or expecting??

The JV project was mentioned in both last years shareholders meetings as a live on going project .The new price point of oil may well help the figures.

Martyn - yes that's what I was saying news is due and should continue to flow through over next 3-4 months I think we are closer to a JV then we think.

9250 buy order will show up soon. Kept watching this yesterday with the level of sells coming through thinking it was going to drop so picked them up this morning.

Having just got back in I've looked on LSE and the bid remains the same, it's the ask that's dropped. Spread is now 95-100p, unusually low for this. A chance to buy a bit cheaper maybe. It seems to me they want shares with the bid not dropping.
Could be wrong tho, who knows with this.

could be a good sign - perhaps the seller has finally cleared and we now have a large buy order being filled
