28/5/2009 01:27 | Will Gasprom takeover UEN? If we manage to retain(and I think we will) Dulisma, there is a strong possibility that this will be the case.Any thoughts? | ![]() squintyflinty

27/5/2009 23:41 | spp - try not to let the occasional numpties annoy you. As jcgswims has already written, the rest of us real 'private investors' greatly appreciate your postings and would be disappointed to not have your take on things. FWIW I think we are very close to an RNS relaying news about Dulisma being retained by Urals and details of a funding package from Sberbank with possibly a footnote paragraph conveying that discussions wrt Taas continue with Sberbank (with UEN possibly given time to negotiate with potential JV partners). To me, it seems like the new bods at the top have somewhat stemmed the leaks that were commenplace with the old management, but the last few days trading seems to indicate that there are still those that are in the know that may be hoovering up stock (and using WINS as the MM to fill their orders). Mogs :) | ![]() djmoggy
27/5/2009 23:16 | Christ, jcg, That's two noodles which got me worked up today.....And here I was trying to get a discussion going over Taas with Neftanik and others. Oh well, glad you and some others are around. Your own intermittent daily limits posting...intermitte And so does the occasional debate with the other "real pi's". Off to bed. Bad karma today PS - Gooner, so is Taas (tax holiday and they are NOT proposals but policy. The proposals are for the Export Tax holiday, an altogether different set of taxation) | ![]() spp119
27/5/2009 23:16 | I see a few posts questioning Taas retention, as i said before my understanding is both Taas and Dulisma retained. How the deal will be structured is the unknown. Dulisma retained 100% with additional debt and a JV for Taas, i would definately take that. I believe Dulisma is specifically named to be included in the tax holiday purposals. | gooner6
27/5/2009 23:08 | Spp - like all the derampers/wind up merchants/mm's whipping boys 34roberto only started posting yesterday - no doubt another reincarnation of a reincarnation of a numpty - thanks for your post as always much appreciated by us "real pi's" :) | ![]() jcgswims

27/5/2009 22:46 | what he is saying is the last time this rose to 13p+ it was based on a chat that SPP119 had with the CEO and then posted here. This time SPP119 is not posting what the CEO said as he will no longer talk to him.....this rise is the real one and SPP119 knows as much as anyone else here and he is guessing a JV will happen. | ![]() 34roberto
27/5/2009 22:43 | Sorry to appear thick - IOC?? :) | ![]() jcgswims
27/5/2009 22:37 | The "real" Neftanik posted the following view on iii today (14:04). SRB would need a CAPEX budget alone of $4bn, plus well costs. This is stuff for the Big Boys with help from IOCs Actually, the total capex figure (plus drilling costs)projected by the deGolyer & MacNaughton July 2007 Taas Report (both blocks) amounts to ~$5.6bn. But that's expenditure stretched out until 2031......... So yes, it is major league stuff, but it can also be done without the big boys. (Ultimately that is IMHO for Sberbank to decide). At any rate let's not be absolute. For what its worth, methinks a JV is on the cards......but it may or it may not have to be with an IOC. spp119 | ![]() spp119
27/5/2009 21:51 | Good evening everyone. Glad to see we are all getting along at the moment.....which perhaps is down to our rising share price. Some of us buy & hold, others trade & some do a bit of both. Not sure its a good idea to say when one is going to trade. | ![]() hatto
27/5/2009 20:08 | Just a note on the 'cup & handle' suggestions - my attempt at TA if you like (amateurish!). (Really) technically, I thought the top right formation before handle had to be at the left hand sp, ie in this case circa 15p....but we haven't been there on the northward movement after last week's shennigans. So not a TRUE 'cup & handle' formation? Well, and only from what I know (very little), no charting can account for all influencing factors on a co's share price or the wider market and local conditions that can affect it. A factor such as (currently) an urge by some to flit between stocks chasing (sometimes) elusive multi-baggers....... So perhaps on this occasion the not so perfect 'C&H' is exactly as Jonnyfro and LMDP have intimated - pre 06/01/09 buyers exiting, but prepared to take up to 50% (and more often 20/25%) losses in pursuit of 'the big one'. I know which one is the big one! Ahhh, back to normal innuendo all over again..... ;-> Cheers all, OTU | on the up

C'mon guys! Happy Bear, you reading this ??! ;-> (And the MM's of course, behind dark glasses (obligatory). Cheers all, OTU | on the up
27/5/2009 19:18 | Let the trend continue. Several days like this will do me fine. 26/05/09----14% share price increase. 27/05/09----17.81% increase. 28/05/09---+21% my guesstimate. oops, will the m'ms read this and mark it down out of spite. I don't think so. good luck to all. footie now calls. | chway14
27/5/2009 19:01 | Many small to mid cap miners/oilers are showing potential cup and handle formations consistent with the overall market. However the uen cup and handle is a bit tenacious. Hardly a round bottom. FXPO looks more like it to me. | ![]() bluepill |
