27/5/2009 14:51 | Yes, but look at how the mms are lined up on the bid now compared to earlier when WINS were offering 1.25p above all the over mms. Much more comfortably sat now with them 0.25p of each other - building a nice support at this level :-) | ![]() jonnyfro

27/5/2009 14:21 | thanks gooner i also brought into UEN based very much on the delist option | ![]() laserdisc
27/5/2009 14:18 | The options with D&T are endless. It was the loans for T that have jiggered UEN. D is almost there with the loan of only $130m + the Co's $32m spend (last report), production from A&P plus perhaps Chep's repurchase may financialy support that combination. So it highly likely UEN will retain D in full. However T could either be sold by SB or a JV to fund development enabling UEN to keep some sort of stake. Either way BOD's have stated that they were not happy with 50p t/over price which might suggest that medium term they would expect better return than that for all shareholders. | seabass

27/5/2009 13:51 | Guys the parts of the jigsaw are there to confirm retention of D&T. RNS confirming committment to East Siberia, spp119 post and i'm comforatble that those are the facts. Most posters on here were holding before the recent RNS, as such any deal the invloves retention is a huge bonus. The current price does not reflect the retention, like many i brought into UEN based very much on the delist option. I believe 20p minimum return, others will argue significantly more is possible. D&T retained and we are very much north of the current sp, we don't know how any deal will be structured, as such difficult to say what exactly the price potentially will be. This is a major deal and the longer this goes on the more confident i am that we will have a postive conclusion. A little more patience is required. | gooner6
27/5/2009 13:51 | jcg, you forgot to mention we are up 12% ;) | rattlesnake28
