Guys, can someone give me a quick update, there seems to be some negative sentiment on here about Net/Spp in relation to how the restructuring may go, what is new/changed if anything?

Gooner I have to say I am intrigued by your recent posts over the last week or so (in a good way) since you stated that we should leave the company to the negotiations and not pester them - I'm not going to put you on the spot and ask you if you have heard anything or spoken to anyone as I say I am just intrigued .. :)

guys watch rest of week as still got 2 days for them to play with share price unless company rns out. Starting to become cynical with company as they're not stupid and the number of times the "inside dealing" imho has been allowed to happen prior to the news out says they need to put a stop to it. If the uptrend continues tomorrow and friday then my bet is deal has been signed and someone has been getting in yesterday and today...so will wait till monday to see if hindsight correct. ps keep some for the ice ceam later and dont sell all :)

I think the bid share price will be back down to 9.5p shortly. That last buying spate has dried up.

Carlito Sway - MM's work off NMS (Normal Market Size - it's what the 10k refers to next to the MM name on JCM's screen prints) NMS for UEN is 10k. Anything over NMS I believe can be delayed. The delay can be 1 hour, for e.g. 10x NMS or 2 hours for greater. Worked trades (T trade) can be reported after hours. Substantial trades, which would affect market perception can also be delayed legally by up to 5 days.
