01/7/2018 19:35 | If we can get anywhere near even 1/2 of a Cove valuation there will be a lot of people not needing to work again. I have 1M here and been trading TERN almost daily making profits and continue to plough them in here to increase my stake, the upside is phenominal here. | tburns

01/7/2018 10:56 | Its all about the management here imo and the confidence generated by the decisions made to date.....and those decisions going forward... Main market....willing to take on board the extra cost and oversight involved Multiple jurisdictions....spr Quality cornerstone investors....Tune Gp, Chairman etc Money where mouth is.....lots of skin in the game In country knowledge & influence.....partic Its also my belief that they will probably purchase producing assets and it won't be all about exploration but a combination of that with producing assets, oil & gas... They will build a diversified oil & gas exploration and production company here imo and those invested now need do very little but just wait and watch it unfold....its certainly what I intend to do! All IMO etc | sja123
01/7/2018 10:33 | One of the most encouraging facts about this BOD is that they're not in it for their salaries. | yogaboy
01/7/2018 10:18 | so we have Bolhassan Di who has millions of shares in his name and in the name of his wife, Zakaria holding 120m shares (ex Petronas senior mgmt.) Tune group as a cornerstone investor with Tony Fernandes (Air Asia and QPR) on board Optiva brokers hold stock and are in the mgmt. of associated uplands companies in Tunisia etc Steve Staley has around 10m shares I think all in all the mgmt. are aligned with the shareholders and we are main market listed....with mgmt. salaries amounting to £100k pa for the entire BOD. | thejaba

01/7/2018 09:36 | Thanks for pointing that out Spangle Steve Staley was close to management and was behind the success of Cove Energy and we can all see that the UPL is following a similar path imo on the cove success model.I'm confident as we move on Steve Staley will be creating a lot of value for his investors / share holders All to look forward to here as each opportunity UPL bring on board will be adding value to the SPAll is good and I'm just trying to connect the dots on what I'm unravelling :) | stark industries

Staley not just an NED at Cove......he was more importantly, a technical consultant...and therefore a major player in decision making at Cove Energy.... | sja123
01/7/2018 09:04 | Am I not correct in thinking that one of the directors of the company holding 120 million shares is a local man ? If that is so, then I seriously hope with his wealth he would also have influence. Sarawak is a poor area compared to near neighbours Bruni , and if this oil deal comes off then it would be life changing for so many people , all IMO. | poppet123
