AIUI Steve Staley was a NED in Cove Energy, rather than management. After its sale the guys who set up and ran Cove established Discover Exploration, which is unlisted

Moor moneyI've been following this story for a long time. I've never been as excited about a stock as this, although I'm truly trying to rein myself in, even more excited than I was about tern. The big differences between the two.....mgmt there don't hold that much stock, mgmt here hold almost 45%. The chairman alone has 120m shares. This is main market listed, and the mgmt have a proven track record as cove proves. With the amount I hold I'm trying v v v hard to keep my feet on the ground. I think if it goes to plan, I will be retiring from work before next May.

Hi Hull, definitely not johnma, tern has enabled me to get in a fair amount of stock in upl and I honestly am trying to keep myself from getting too excited. My exit price is in three figures or a sale of the co.

Hi Jaba, that is a lot of shares..are you Johnma in disguise? I have introduced one other holder from Tern but I will leave it to him to introduce himself. He was also at BPC in the early days and quite a character, better for knowing. I will do my best to keep increasing my holding.

I posted here a few days ago saying the chairman Zakaria alone holds 120m shares, he will find it very hard, nigh on impossible to sell that amount of stock...his exit has to be based around a sale of the company in order for him to full realise its value.

Moormoney - With mgt holding so much stock here there’s never a good time to sell. If all goes well I think they might do a Cove energy and sell the whole company. Preferably north of a quid thank u very much. No I haven’t been drinking how dare you ha. Should be a fun ride from these levels

Thanks A U. Nice calm board after the trolls on tern though I’m still holding tight there. UPL was a great find for me and I hope to be in profit soon and hold long term.

Mr. Jabawocker - as we know, management hold an absolute ton of these and they do keep adding. They’re the ones closest to the action so it’s incredibly reassuring. Well done hoovering 2.8%

Busy period for the company coming up. Hopefully we’ll now get to see why management have put so much skin in the game..

I’m swimming in these too.
