09/1/2006 14:43 | L2 still 3 v 1 so I think they are still trying to pick up sells on the cheap. They got 41K this morning at 16.5p, how that can be with 3 v 1 I do not know but someone was willing to give a new year bonus to the MM's. I am waiting for L2 to worsen so I can hoover a load more up cheap, but its not moving yet, which I why I think they are accumulating for someone. | ![]() papalpower
06/1/2006 09:21 | I second that! | ![]() verynervy
06/1/2006 00:13 | ferty I thought it very strange the MM dropping the price, this does not normally happen in January, now I see what they were doing, in trying to free up some stock as past history with UNG says there are a lot of holders who sell at the first sign of a drop. The 200K was a T trade, so today was all about locking in the 200K for them at 19p, and then trying to fill the remainder of todays buy order with a later "O" trade. Good to see, as if the short termers stocks are purchased by a large holder, then its not there to be short termed again, meaning higher long term prices on top of the good year 2006 will be. I hope this buyer is back for more over the coming 5 weeks. | ![]() papalpower
06/1/2006 00:05 | Well at least the spread at these prices is not too bad.The only trouble is if it does go up the spread gets bloody silly and puts a damper on the buying. | ferty
05/1/2006 23:55 | There have been a few X trades recently verynervy and so a few large buys would confirm someone other than a normal PI is after some stock to build or add to their holding. Given the March results it would also be the correct time for a large player to take/add to a holding, in January. | ![]() papalpower
05/1/2006 15:56 | WOW a buy of 200,000 just gone through!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are things about to liven up??????? | ![]() verynervy

05/1/2006 07:20 | ferty we should be getting a decent profit come the prelims late March, this is the key one, as profits should be good, we will see how much First Remit was sold for and how this has helped the balance sheet, we should get a forward statement that HTEC is loaded to the hilt for 06 and its exponential growth is happening for all to see. If any year is a turnaround for UNG, then its 2006 and the coming prelims and interims should finally dispel the doubters. | ![]() papalpower
05/1/2006 02:41 | Trouble with UNG is that they have done nothing in the last two and a half years except fall in value. What is needed is some very positive newsflow on how the company is performing. They will have to show they can make a decent profit and if they do then the tide might change. | ferty
05/1/2006 00:35 | No weakness verynervy (what connections are those ? :) ). UNG has some traders who are in and out at certain times of the year, which causes its ups and downs. This year is a different year for UNG, they are back to full year profits at prelims, and growth in profits at next interims, they are no longer in the class of "unsure about the future" and this year is a noteable year for them, at some stage those who like to buy in and sell after a 10% rise, will find the price does not drop, and keeps rising. Things are looking very good for UNG now, it is a year of change for them. | ![]() papalpower
04/1/2006 16:19 | Isnt it always the way with this share, good news comes - our hopes rise - theres some buying - the share price slowly increases - then wham - some selling causes a more rapid price drop!! I know the case for this share papalpower but it does try my patience but I suppose with your connections theres no such weakness in your resolve! | ![]() verynervy

29/12/2005 01:39 | engedi I am hopeful that the coming 12 months will see a marked change for the better in UNG's performance, not only the company but also the share price. The worst is now over I think, and things should now improve greatly. | ![]() papalpower
29/12/2005 01:27 | Have been in for years and take divi in shares Old RTD days b4 split | engedi
29/12/2005 01:23 | The only buy today was 15K at 4:05pm, it was not a T trade either, so I can only imagine the mark up was the MM's now knowing there will be no more sellers for year end cash, will start to walk the price back up ready for January buyers. | ![]() papalpower
28/12/2005 09:58 | A little bit more blue today, want a lot but a little will do ;) | ![]() papalpower
