100% would be better, would not have to worry about shares then could just stick in all in the bank and retire.

i cant see them raising it straight away, would also give a sign that they dont know what theyre doing.
Personally i think interest rates should be 75% ;)

Pomp Circumstance read it this morning;

UK rate cut vote was 'close call'

MPC members said their cut could be reversed in coming months
The Bank of England's decision to cut interest rates to 4.5% was finely balanced, minutes of the meeting show.
The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) voted by just five to four to cut rates by a quarter percentage point.

Bank of England Governor Mervyn King was one of the four against the cut, and those backing a drop felt the move could be reversed if needed in future.

The August cut had been widely expected, but the minutes suggest a further drop could be some way off.

The MM's will be liking this if they have a buyer. It looks like a lot of people are exiting positions in many stocks worried the FTSE is about move down. Got an email this morning saying Bill Adlard thinks its time to short the FTSE and with interest rates likely to be going up again after just coming down he might be right, but for anyone to exit UNG at this moment in time is in my opinion daft with so much potential just around the corner.

PapalPower,
It is very surprising that the sellers are leaving just as things are moving forward so positively.I expect the performance at HTEC to be very significantly ahead of last year and the sale of First Remit will also provide a boost to the numbers. Our T trade buyer is soaking up all the small sellers who should have learned more patience-the results are out shortly and will justify a re-rating I'm sure.DYOR.

Everything sold yesterday was purchased at 25p, which confirms why they raise the offer price so high and make a big spread to try to stop buyers, but anyone through a broker can buy under the offer price, just deters people when they look at it on the screen.

If its a large buy order we might see the bid officially go up to 23p today and they take sells at 24p, with the offer up to 28 or 28.5 to deter buyers again.

The mark up earlier to 22p/27p was probably designed to disguise the 50k trade @25p,as well as to discourage other buyers.Looking good to break out to 30p and beyond very soon.DYOR.

Your right addict, if you watch the way they are moving it they move the offer way up to make a massive spread to stop buyers, then put the bid up to get sellers, then a bit down on the offer for show and then go around again.

IMHO they are trying to get out sellers and stop any buyers, which means..........DYOR.

Market makers continue to tinker with the price-they were doing that when the bid was below 20p but with sentiment firmly behind the company now their games will achieve little in the way of big sells IMHO.

I think so to addict, the 50K end of the day yesterday would be part of it in my opinion and we might see more today and tomorrow. The MM's seem to be hunting for sellers.

Watching the sells over time in the past 6 months I would say a lot of the lower resistance levels are sold out already, they will have to keep going a long way up to get major sells in my opinion.
