30/6/2021 09:06 | What's not to like, share price more than underpinned by Egypt. Email I had from Brian stated that UOG would mostly be in a closed period up to and beyond the warrant expiry date. Lots of stuff going on. So I am patiently going to wait until conclusion of Jamaica farm out, fingers crossed. | buzzzzzzzz
30/6/2021 00:37 | If your time frame is 6 months you can easily imagine this share price doubling, if you can wait until the Jamaica farm out (6-12 months), it could easily double again. Patience is all that is required - but patience is the hardest thing for us PIs.. | mikro1
29/6/2021 21:12 | Sentiment is a big thing. It pays not to trash it especially when it's not great anyway. | soulsauce
29/6/2021 20:59 | Well I was a bit miffed about the warrants but have to say I wasn't expecting the price to drop below 4p again. | myn0k
28/6/2021 19:09 | Just the usual AIM drift between news | mikro1
28/6/2021 14:12 | Bad news leaked? | mustbefunny
27/6/2021 20:27 | I looked back and whilst the last 2 wells have been very quickly drilled and logged (under 2 months each) the El Salmiyah 5 well was spudded on the 3rd Feb 2020 and the results after logging were only RNSd on the 3rd June 2020 (that was a very successful well with 120 metres net pay across 4 zones). So in fact we cant be sure at all when news will land - could be tomorrow or in 8 weeks time (unfortunately for impatient people like me).. | mikro1
25/6/2021 08:06 | Looks like a Monday morning RNS mikro. | gregpeck7
24/6/2021 11:50 | It depends mikro on what they have. If it's a lot of net pay it will take longer. Remember this is an I drained section of the field as well. I know I am critical of uog and that remains but the signs for this well are very very positive. Agree on timing. Think you either get an rns today or tomorrow 7am ( they will work all day today) else it's waiting till Monday 7am.They have done mid day drilling rns in the past remember. | gregpeck7
24/6/2021 09:18 | Gregpeck - thanks - reassuring. I will assume that rather than splitting their RNSs with the first describing the net pay and preliminary flow rates and the second describing the choked back flow rates, they are going to wait for the choked back flow rates. At least that seems the most likely explanation.. I'm not sure if they work on Friday (being Egypt) so I'll have to wait for Monday.. | mikro1
24/6/2021 07:12 | The waiting does point to a sizeable hit. Lots of pay encountered? Testing therefore taking longer. This won't be a dry hole so don't worry mikro. | gregpeck7
23/6/2021 15:53 | I'm waiting impatiently.. | mikro1
23/6/2021 11:15 | Waiting patiently 10p +++ | markstevenkirby80
23/6/2021 08:54 | Huge api draw reported last nights. Mikro this may well be a significant operational highlight for UOG. | gregpeck7
22/6/2021 23:24 | I'm really curious now about the drill results.. news please | mikro1
22/6/2021 12:01 | Source as much as I have sympathy for your post, especially the first paragraph, this is a growth company and any free cash will be going in to new and existing projects as well as more in to the pockets of the BoD. Unfortunately as shareholders we are still yet to see the promised transformation so it would have been nice to get something back but it isn't going to happen here for a long time. Hopefully their huge increases in what they are paying themselves will eventually be mirrored in a much better share price. The two should be linked imo. | soulsauce
22/6/2021 11:28 | Agree. Despite really solid oil & gas markets Management own goals on salary rises & warrants seem to have totally killed positive shareholder momentum?????. However UOG are likely printing cash. To align properly with shareholders again they should start announcing juicy dividends as they've been terrible at getting share price up this seems a good way for shareholders to get a fairer shake.Regards | source
21/6/2021 07:41 | Meanwhile HE1's dig has found signs of helium. Could be a game changer. Any thoughts on how helium could impact the oil price? | myn0k
19/6/2021 10:21 | Monday news would be good. Here's hoping. | myn0k
18/6/2021 23:05 | Mikro this is current drill is a development well in a previously unexplored section of the license I think. So yes it probably will take longer. It's almost certain to yield a positive result it's the flow rate you should be interested in. If it's over 3,000 boepd it's good, under 1,000 it's pretty average based on what they have been previously hitting. Based on the part of the world they operate I suspect you will get your news on Monday. | gregpeck7
18/6/2021 22:34 | 1 billion p! | myn0k
18/6/2021 16:23 | Lol cpap, when it get's back towards where it was and the seller has stopped you can afford to be smug. And buying certainly does not upset me, nor does a rising share price, it's quite a pleasant change. Now you have that off your chest you can go back to your ramping across the boards and picking up multiple thumbs down ;-) | soulsauce
18/6/2021 16:15 | Shhhhh don't mention the buyer you will upset certain people 😉 | the chairman elect
18/6/2021 12:19 | Looks like you actually have a big buyer here now ! | gregpeck7
18/6/2021 09:30 | Selva first gas now pencilled in for Q2 22'. The raising presentation from PVE, lots of information on Selva:- | soulsauce |
