Exactly what an idiot. So our board think it's ok for us mugs to buy at 5p but Brian and co won't put their hand in their now very enlarged pocket for a single share at 1.4p... hmmmm

This has already been covered many times but on the other point of a farm out on the big sunny J then it would have looked 100 times worse if they were doing this exercise with the shares trading at say 25p

Think about it!?!?!

If a farm-out was imminent I suspect they wouldn't have sold any

C. Elect - thanks for a few drops of sanity, it won't help with some of these as you know because they seem so bloody angry all the time - over entitled probably. P.s. I was in Crete as a youth many moons ago so learnt the whole phrase around that noun you used! Very appropriate I suspect...

Another thing bobby1904 is [and this is just a gut feeling from not only a timing perspective but also how quickly the shares were all placed away] that a farm out on the big sunny J is closer than many currently think!!!!

I meant the timing, obviously!

fbrj - under the LSE rules & regs more so AIM the BODs are most of the time deemed to be in "closed" periods. Check it out but the rules & regs especially how applied by a NOMAD are pretty harsh to say the least!

My only real gripe is that the BODs should have come out with a statement about the recent dealings so as to smooth the whole process.

Bobby I have considered that and personally think it would be ludicrous to believe that the board would be in a continuous closed period for the next 14 months!

Like you bobby1904..........I [and indeed many others] spend most of my time over on Tw*tt*r as this site and especially this thread have just become absolute sh*te with a load of out and out malakas [Greek word]

Whilst there are reasons to sometimes have a go at the BODs they have overall been much better this past year [hence the share price going up 5 or 6 fold] the recent quality of the de-ramping has been totally pathetic to say the least.

We all know who the posters are....

Ahh the holding a announcement of shame.

Bobby we have been over that on the lse thread. You are talking rubbish.
If that were true they would have had to sell them all. It quite clearly states the reason in the original Rns.

No off market - as I stated the other day the stock was placed out

Has any of you ever considered that the sells are because they have been in a closed period and are very regularly in closed periods due to regular news flow? Probably not, as that wouldn't suit your deramping...!

So they have gone through the market.

Looks like I wasn't far off with my calcs but a 1.45m and 0.55m to add from the 'others'.

Now that it appears that the trades have gone through to raise the required £315k (see late trades posted after 16.30pm today) the share price will probably get back to where it was but relying on the next news from Egypt to get there - rather than moving ahead from the original 5p level. Frustrating!

I picked up a few more at 4.3, drop seemed well overdone, a few nervous PIs around

Now watch this get chased back up to 5p. That RNS didn't warrant a 20% drop in market cap.

FBRJ - I'm sure, I actually increased my holding a couple of times. Didn't for one instant think that this would dip so low. Anyway let's look upwards now :)

Soul, I do wonder how many emails they got but I would say that the order in which to do things has been communicated. They have done an excellent job this far and I think good intentions were there with this whole exercise.

snickerdog - you are right of course, time to move on and indeed I will be - but with 75% of my pre warrant exercise sized holding. Maybe I am over reacting but this botched operation has cost me a paper loss of well over £15000. So, I feel entitled to comment accordingly!
