Solid support again today - Kyte`s selling is just handing stock over to someone that wants in before the big news I expect. Doing a friend a favour, and Kyte comes out with a very good profit on the ones he got at 5p

As you say, he still has plenty of skin in the mix.

If Kyte was a Strategic investor at the time the deal and was in an agreement with RB, is he not to be considered a member of a concert party - and if so should not a whitewash agreement have been made with the regulators at the time noco115? Maybe it was and I missed it.

Wow Kyte the strategic long term investor is selling !!Bernstein fell for it !!He and I was told Kyte would support Bernstein over the long term !!Haha..Owens pulled the wool over RB eyes!! I knew all along it was a lie!! Why RB allowed Owens/Kyte in at 5p is beyond me !! They were using my contact to profit Shame on Owens

When I asked Owens why he was giving Kyte 5p stock when he introduced RB or invested in any placings he said Kyte and him were v close and he would help Bernstein grow the company as a decent strategic investor !!Bernstein fell for it and allowed Kyte to invest So I was shafted and Kyte not selling millions So it was opportunistic investing Investors here should sell out The management (Owens )CANNOT be trusted Owens laughing all the way to the bank as his shares were worthless Strong sell2p target

I said this would be 40pClock is the bear ,but he was at 12p as wellI just hope this goes to zero as that's what Owen deserves for shafting me and other major shareholders He knows without me his hiding would be worth zero and yet issues shares to his best mate at 5p and left me out and pretended RB was buying them all ...the man is NOT to be trusted I had invested money in most other placings not knew the 5p placing was gold dust so took as many as he could for his man !!!

This could turn out to be the lame duck for RB - so a bird in hand is worth two in the bush.

I guess RO will send you a Christmas Card this year, as I expect his stock will go as soon as he gets the boot,and he reaps the rewards and joins the other profit takers that head for the door.

Someone sold 1.3m Friday and Monday yet no holdings RNS ? Maybe later today ?Richard Owens must be extremely happy Over coffee we both agreed USG wasn't worth more than 3 or 4p and he was desperate for me to join the BOD or get someone to use USG as a shellI managed to get RB interested and the rest is history Owens 2.5m shares were worth maybe 75k at best and now will probably be worth over 1m pounds He must be ecstatic and must be delighted with me for saving USG from oblivion The shares fell over 90pct under his leadership ,an awful performance

Try the AIM regulators on that one and ask if they have given a whitewash, and if so why has there been no RNS as failure to do so is misleading investors and can bring the market into disrepute (as thought its not already).

I notice the company website has been updated again, as to shareholders over 3% but no RNS as to changes that are clear to see.

Should not RB make a formal offer for all the stock due to his holding and options according to the rules?

We should hear tmrw who sold the 750k at 20 as was a seller last week as wellLooks like the loose holders are out Feels like RB can make these the price that he wants Hard part will be holding the rise if they double to 40p although the appointment looks a good one What a shame as really wanted to see RO lose all his money here

Blu I backed the ceo meinhard who impressed me but so far I'm wrong although blu share price doesn't interest me as much as satoshi which last raised at 25m euros ..0.23 equivalent

What I do here will have no bearing at all on the stock as the big boys are in buying and RB will get this to where he wants them to be to do the "deal"I've had so so many bad eggs but luckily apart from blu and touch group my disclosable stakes have done well .dwha,PST,gld,bsg,itu and spsy Even though I hope RO loses all his money here as I dislike him beyond imagination I'm sure he will make good money ,I just hope he lives a miserable life as that's what he deserves I have been selling and I'm sure this will rise long after I've sold all my holding .I just think it's much nicer to give in life than take take take and shaft fellow human beings Anyway ,let's hope Tcg and nflx go bust as I think both are the wrong price Another holding should be announced here tmrw

Yes you were spot on nico115 and your investment record seems to be outstanding, as far as I can ascertain but like most I guess you have the odd bad egg that sometimes turns out well, as this has done, through your introduction of RB to the mix.

However, unless BLU does the same there, things do not look as good there at present (or have you ditched it).

Of course I accept your expertise and ability to make money but I just find that bearing in mind what you have alleged about RO (and I do not doubt your words), if I had been you I would have ditched the stock, seeing you can come out with a very handsome profit, and leave some on the table for others, rather than holding out for top dollar and wishing RO losses his money, though I understand the feeling but while your waiting for your last drop of blood, it is more likely that poor sods that are left with your remaining stock that I expect you will look to sell at the top of the market, while you would do your best to get it back to 1p as you hope for just to see RO turned over.

Not very nice in my book but I wish you well if that`s the way you play.
