Lots of repenting this week for ROShafts his biggest shareholder and gives 100pct of rescue placing to his best mate DKHmmmmmm"Please please nick give the company some money or it's bust""Please please nick introduce me to someone who can inject money into USG to turn it around as it's worth diddly under my tenure"Both of which I did and then I get absolutely shafted and blatantly lied to Typical of many Aim companies where the CEO (RO) commands a very big salary and perks AND awards himself free warrants and options after years of no profit and a decimated share price REWARD FOR FAILURE

All resolutions passed even with 2 of the biggest 5 shareholders voting against all resolutions What a shame RO should resign and forfeit all his free options,free warrants and huge salary

RB now runs this company If he doesn't do a deal we are 0pRO ruined USG until I introduced him to RBHa has me to thank yet screwed me over big time USG only lost money under his tenure and plenty of it Yet RO continues to draw huge salary and huge bonuses and free warrants and options Sums up everything that is bad on Aim Shame on him

With 6 months to do a deal since the placing at 5p btwn RB and RO best mate surely more manipulation to get price up before any deal?Isn't that why RB didn't join the Board yet makes every decision "behind the scenes"You couldn't make it up!I will be taking further action after the holidays ..the Fca was just the first step and even they agreed I had a good case

It sounds even worse - you invested £300k without checking the the likely hood of it ever being a success or doing a lot of DD first!!

You were happy being diluted - how much do you think you were going to get for your stock after being diluted, when he said he had a buyer?

Nick, I have an idea - will you put up £250k if I put up £250k as well(I take it you do not need to know any more about the idea)?

CT My conversations with RO went along these lines RO: nick would you invest 500k in an app we are really excited about ?Nick :ok 300k we will invest RO: great thx so much Nick I'm so indebted to you 6 months later RO: nick would you invest more in the app as it's not going as well as planned Nick: NO sorry RO:ok then would you and some contacts like to join the Bod or have you got a decent contact who will Inject time and money in as I can't find anyone ?Nick:I have a friend who has a decent contact ,shall I speak to him?RO: yes that would be great thx 2 months later Ro: the contact you so kindly introduced has decided to invest 500k and we will ALL be diluted Nick:that's fine with me Following week RNS states that RB has invested along side RO v good mate David Kyte at a huge discount to the price So much for RO being indebted to me when he leaves me out the placing and lets his good mate buy stock when his good mate had no interest of investing in any of the prior placings !!Not only that he made me sign a lock in(or the deal would collapse)and didn't tell me DK was given the chance to invest He then promises my contact that he had a buyer for my stock and that I would be able to sell it within a few weeks CTI will be contacting the press soon to explain what's happened as RO CANNOT be allowed to LIE to me and deceive me like this CANNOT be allowed to

CTRichard Owens used me He took my money in placings and used me for my contacts He has now dumped me and moved onto bigger and better with RBHe will now use him I'm so pleased he's NOT a friend of mine and I duly hope I never have the misfortune to see him again ..the bloke makes me sick

Fat chance of him resigning while he is living off the proceeds of various funding rounds, to keep the good ship afloat.

Maybe if you got together with RB and another decent size holder and called a EGM to remove the whole board you might get somewhere, as the new team could also investigate how the money was spent, and what perks were had by the BoD.

I could suggest far better uses of the funds and company assets with a little co-operation nico115.

When was that nico115 ?

It was a great deal for him and his pals.

How much does he and all his fellow board members draw each year - including perks and pension do you think nico115. While their salaries are clear in the accounts are things like travel entertainment not just covered in general costs.

One wonders what they really benefit - company cars for example - fuel etc. Nothing like a free lunch is there.

Still do you not think you have complained enough?

All words, no action from you nico115 no wonder he can laugh all the way to the bank.
