My thoughts are that it could not get much better for those that hung on and held out for better times regardless of the dilution that will no-doubt make RB even richer and
of course not to forget his new mate RO, who has nine lives like a cat but has been saved (for now) but come what may will come out enriched.

As for the options those are only a smokescreen imo.

I won't buy a share until Richard Owens leaves the board He told me he wanted to step down and let younger people run the companyIf he steps down I will consider buying stock Under his tenureship he has singlehandedly destroyed shareholder value.Just don't trust him one bit Richard Bernstein is the main man and a guy to follow He's had a tough time with some of his shareholding's like dlar but he's a shrewd fella

It looks like things could be about to take off again with the share price being walked back up with that 100k buy.

nico, you should just take your profits and move on if you really want nothing to do with the company. You have been holding out for big profits and of course your happy to hang on in there regardless of the taste RO has left in your mouth, just to take bigger profits due to RB running the show in all but name. Is that not as bad ( being a shadow director that pulls the strings) supporting this type of manipulation?

How can you justify the stock price on the figures?

Sorry but while you hold this stock you are as much involved as the rest of the crew imo - If I were you I would have ditched the stock and not ever traded this company again.

Take look at IDOX - well worth researching once again imo DYOR.

Agreed If I was mr Owens,I would be issuing nick stock at 5p along with my best mate Kyte as it looks so so wrong not to include someone who had invested so much money in every previous placing AND introduced USG to RB However,directors on Aim are v greedy and in it just for themselves ,most are takers and will just make sure they get all the riches Worse here is that RO destroyed shareholder wealth over many years and without my introduction we would be BUST

As it turns out I think RO has done you a favour by doing the deal with RB who you introduced him too. So without that the company maybe dead anyway as the website project was never going to work, come what may.

Clock Dad and I voted Vs resolutions yet they reported 1.2m not 2.4mIs this not illegal And surely 14m isn't 90 pct of the shares in issue !!

I have voted for the removal of directors Hillel and Owens They just cannot be trusted They continually issue shares at a 40pct discount to their mates whilst continually shafting the major shareholders Quicker they are gone the better They have destroyed shareholder value here and if it wasn't for the second biggest shareholder Nick Slater ,USG would be bust Vote Hillel and Owens out Both directors need to GO ASAP
