Greed! Have to hand it to RO, for all the allegations, he is still top of the tree (until RB removes),still he is likely to come away with a payoff as well as his wedge of stock that he holds.

HahaGood in terms of has a good following and until dlar his funds were doing okThink they are now performing below market avge but I think he's still a man to follow But yes shocked he's allowed to deal especially as agree with Kooba that they must have an acquisition lined up

Doesn't sound like a decent chap..on your account.I doubt the Chair is part of the long term plan.But for now all shareholders are benefitting from the speculation of what Mr Bernstein is bringing to the party.But from worth a penny to going to rocket on the same day??

I invested 350k and then he pretended the main guy hasn't left but I knew he had He then promised me RB was taking all the stock but gave 100k to Kyte who he is soooooo close to !!Make of that what you will But to lock me in whilst telling me all shareholders would get diluted is low life behaviour and all my friends agree with me That's why Aim has a bad name and I would love RO to lose all his money here ..that's what he deserves Without me his 2m shares would be worthless

Regulators never do anythingI have evidence that RO lies to me and he has never denied it Seller will get taken out here as short term they want this up Such a shame RO treated me in such a bad way cos it was me who dis him so many favours ..but he kept taking taking taking and then dumped me in the river to rot Shame this is about to rocket as RO doesn't deserve to make a penny

I would imagine that if the nomad and regulator etc did nothing then there is obviously not a case to answer ..verbal agreements not worth the paper...Sometimes only qualifying shareholders ( professional or expert) can participate ?But sounds like not handled well , as for claiming illegal activity I doubt it and it would appear easy to track down the underlying holder here so I would mind my eye getting too emotional.As for all shareholders being treated equally and having pre emption in fundraise...it's a nice idea.
