It's probably because Richard Bernstein has found It hard to work with Richard Owens RB has made so much money and RO has lost so much money with USG that it must be impossible for the two to work together I introduced the two of them but instead of RO thanking me with some warrants he took them all for himself and instead of thanking me for the introduction and saving USG with my investment at 10p he basically gave the extra 5p stock to his best mate Mr Kyte If this share goes to 0p it will be because of the almighty above punishing RO for SUCH DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR

If you believe in karma this will be 0pThe way Owens treated the man that fed him ,the man with the introduction ,the man who saved this company by objecting 350k into it ,the man he shafted by leaving him out of the 5p placing means he will get everything he deserves He is someone who deserves no friends and no luck in life If USG are 0p it will be because he lied to the major shareholders stating RB would buy 100pct of the 5p placing ..A MAJOR LIE

If it bounces as you think it will nico115, that £400,000 will soon recover and even exceed that by a long way.

However, RB will win even if it sinks to 5p - nice, it has at least given RO and co more time to collect their pay cheques before whatever crunch RB might have in mind.

And Richard Owens never thanked me for introducing RB to the company I never ever asked for an introduction fee but I invested 350k into USG when Kyte never put in a penny ..he then left me out of the 5p placing So this share will fall back to 5p and it serves Owens right ..you just don't treat people like that ..wow what an individual ..take take take take take

When you promise your big shareholders that only RB is buying at 40pct discount and NO ONE else and then Owens best mate Kyte is given 100k at 5p(40 pct discount) then you don't deserve to make money Clock you were right

Managed to sell 80k,happy with that Another 70k and I'm done as these will be 20p again in no time Mr Bernstein has a massive following and quite rightly so I'm happy to back his acquisition plans as long as current management are replaced as they have destroyed shareholder value here and can't be trusted.

Also mr Bernstein will get 1pct of any value of the acquisition USG makes mSo 50m pound acquisition will mean a 500k fee He is already up 1m pounds so at 15p that 1.5m gbpI think mr Bernstein will have very ambitious plans for USG50m mkt cap will equate to a 150p price target

Totally agree look alive Richard Bernstein doesn't invest 450k of his own money into something without having great plans to do something value enhancing,big and spectacular He certainly hasn't invested here to back a management that haven't made a bean for shareholders here for years and years If mr Bernstein makes the right acquisition here this will be a 5 bagger Mr Bernstein is a man to back ,his funds have performed exceptionally well

Not saying it will be 35p in a week But surely on any acquisition this could easily be 50pThe market cap is only 5m qd and if RB does a very good reverse take over and acquires a decent company at a decent price (as im fully confident he will) then this could easily be 35pmr Bernstein is one of the best deal makers in the city Small top slice for me then

Maybe in this case RO has been smarter than RB - even the mighty make mistakes but RB can afford the £500k drop and not blink an eye I guess.

From what you have said in the past nico115 - and your belief in RB I would buy even more if I were you but you can just watch it sink if you sit tight, regardless of any buying or selling you might do imo.

Remind me - How much profit does this company make and what value do you put on the company?

Tell me how you arrive at that valuation.

I will just sit and watch for the next week or so and see which of us is correct, as better short than long imho. Anyone following I suggest you DYOR - no advice intended but would be interested to know if you would back nico to be nearer to 35p or my 5p in say a weeks time.
