g if I may....the drawdown loan is $10m all paid up at YE.

It really is only a short term facility though to take advantage of opportunity as/if they arise.

Why? Because any drawdown has to be repaid over 12 months. You can draw on it but you still need cash inflowing to pay .

That said it is convertible into shares at a 5% discount to last x days average share price And incurs interest of 10%.

So is it better to drawdown and convert or raise new cash through a placing? It depends.
