When the full story is known about oil production potential the stock will likely track the POO closely and also re-rate well above the current share price levels of today..imo

POO is consolidating quite well above $40 USD---I read last night that the Saudi's will allow oil prices to rise to $50 USD/ Barrel as a steady state price for sometime ahead.

HHDL/ UKOG will be viewed for tax purposes as an SME attracting tax exemptions on the first 10 million GBP of income due to the fact that they employ fewer than 50 employees. A further tax advantage will be discovered through Cross Fence oil trading between UKOG and HHDL.

Therefore tax costs should be lower than expected for UKOG and HHDL.

When the price of oil reaches $50USD a 30 ton truck of oil will be worth $10350 USD X 12 for 2500 bopd as mentioned by SS.


That sort of revenue could provide HHDL and it's partners a gross turnover of approximately $3 Million USD/ Month before tax and costs.

Pretty good buying action here this morning and a consolidating share price as we await the release of the Zone 1 flow test results with the combined oil flow rates for the entire discovery.


It will be a major achievement if the well output is is the region of 2000 bopd or more...as each truck load currently equates to approx $8300 USD.
