04/3/2016 08:36 | With oil priced at $37:30 today and still set to rise along with much higher than expected volume being produced at the site the costs of extraction plummet....the price of oil is set to rise according to many analysts to circ $50-$60 USD as this year progresses. | ibug
04/3/2016 08:33 | Once the production license has been approved the company expects to press ahead with plans to create a multi pad/ well site to maximise output. So far HH-1 has exceeded expectations and might be capable of producing 15,000-20,000 barrels a day by following the Xodus plan to create with 12 horizontal well heads. | ibug
04/3/2016 08:26 | The combined flow rates for HH-1 promises to become the game changer---it will determine the max commerciality of the well without horizontal drilling. | ibug
04/3/2016 08:25 | Then up we go! | niceyman1
04/3/2016 08:24 | Looks like the MMs are getting the hang of the early morning sell off and buyback game: they're not letting people sell/buy easily rather than moving the price. | forwood
04/3/2016 08:23 | The most interesting feature of that will be the combined flow rates of all three discoveries to see if it exceeds 2000 bopd. | ibug
04/3/2016 08:22 | Judging by yesterday's site activities the well has been plugged, perforated and drained----suggests flow testing started so if that continues over the weekend then we should get news next Monday or Tuesday. | ibug
04/3/2016 08:19 | MM----At least an onshore massive field once developed across 85 oil fields targeting the lower kimberidge is less likely to get the North Sea oil costs and problems that we see today. | ibug
04/3/2016 07:24 | 26/2/16 Final Results UKOG is considering drilling an appraisal well on the Baxters Copse discovery (IGas 50% Operator, UKOG 50%). Markwells Wood Oil Field and Baxters Copse Oil Discovery -- As announced in February and March 2015, UKOG, via two separate transactions, increased its working interest in the PEDL126 Markwells Wood to 100%. -- On 13 May 2015, UKOG announced that OGA had granted one-year extensions to the exploration period of the PEDL126 Markwells Wood and PEDL233 Baxters Copse licences. -- On 14 September 2015, UKOG announced that a Competent Person Report ("CPR") by Xodus had calculated P50 net Contingent Resources for the Markwells Wood oil field of 1.25 MMbbl. -- On 16 October 2015, UKOG announced that the Markwells Wood Planning Permission had been extended until 30 September 2016. -- The commercial prospectivity of the Baxters Copse oil discovery is still under technical evaluation by the Company and the operator IGas Energy Plc ("IGas"). | ![]() moneymunch
04/3/2016 07:12 | J O HAMBRO CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED increasing their holdings to 5% plus in Igas Energy plc, Operator at Ukog's Avington, Baxters Copse ( Weald Basin ) and Horndean. | ![]() moneymunch
04/3/2016 06:46 | That's one good thing about Lse 4wood, they always include the date and time of all late reported trades which can be crossed referenced here to determine if buys or sells. GL ;-) ps Brent at $37.25.......a push through $38 would be very interesting. ;-) | ![]() moneymunch
04/3/2016 01:47 | Thanks for that £munch - good to know the lse site includes that info | forwood
03/3/2016 21:25 | Another tanker truck left the site at 8:00pm---this suggests flow testing has started. Woo to the vanquished shorter's getting roasted. :-))) | ibug
03/3/2016 21:05 | EARLIER TODAY I ASKED THE COMPANY TO ISSUE A PUBLIC STATEMENT ABOUT the placement story put out by the trolls...maybe they will...let's see. As for HH-1 it may be suspected that flow testing has already started and we may be getting a news flash tomorrow or a more complete announcement early next week especially if the testing is extended into the weekend. This is a great stock with loads of potential. | ibug
03/3/2016 20:04 | Its maintained $36 plus for near enough a week now and has nudged past $37 plus the last few days......$38 plus would be very interesting for sentiment and potential added value here. GL ;-) | ![]() moneymunch
03/3/2016 19:56 | Brent just over 37.11 another 2.89 to ho for ukog to break even | ![]() theuniversal
03/3/2016 19:55 | Lenigas has also said that he doesn't know about any placing. Cash - no way of knowing as far as I am aware whether that 9m trade was today or yesterday. Checking the prices y'day, at that time it would have been a buy. It's not beyond the bounds of possibility for the MMs to move the price down slowly so as to ensure they can fill an order at a lower price. | forwood
03/3/2016 19:46 | Same article more comments. | thegrumpster
03/3/2016 19:39 | Another massive buy for 9,127,132 shares at 2.7499p reported late from Tuesday at 8.33am when buy trades were going through at 2.732p, to go with another late 9m plus trade that same day......holdings Rns soon me thinks....the smart money is flooding in. GLA lucky Ones!!! ;-)))) | ![]() moneymunch
03/3/2016 18:52 | Interesting piece on the quality of oil Thegrumpster, and the blood is obviously gushing. GL ;-) Finally, while the overall low oil prices are worrying in the short term, this is the perfect time for sound companies with good management, good underpinning assets and cash to enlarge their businesses and emerge stronger when prices rise. Rockefeller's maxim of "buy when the blood is running" still rings true. | ![]() moneymunch
03/3/2016 18:27 | Re: "David Lenigas @DavidLenigas Mar 1 I think bloggers saying UKOG doing a placing are blowing smoke out their backsides!" ==================== DL does not actually come out and directly say "no placing". IMO if anyone is going to be approached about taking part in a placing it will be DL (and chums). After all he put the HH deal together, it would be a bit ignorant to do a placing behind his back. So if there is a placing in the offing he will certainly know about it, and his comment above could turn out to be more than a little bit sneaky. Time will tell. Some kind of more official denial is probably called for. | thegrumpster |
