I doubt if Stellios and his team will be available to answer any questions. Probably lying on the beach somewhere drinking a cold beer.

When someone poses a rhetorical question, you expect them to follow up with the reply - or at least a reply.

You could ask Hellenic yourself (who are more likely to know) then come back and share with the rest of us......

AFAICS

That’s okay then. Still no word from the company at the moment. Not sure why the guy from Hellenic said this would all be approved by early January during his last interview a few weeks ago?

Mountfield Group:

Just a couple of examples.

So this board will still be available until such time as we relist on LSE and have a new ticker - at which I am very happy for you or anyone else to create a new thread :0)

Best wishes,

G.

I assumed that once they delisted the name then the site will shut down the board? I’ve seen it happen before on other shares.

Why will this thread disappear?

If FCA approval is obtained and the transaction can then take place, it will have to satisfy the other condition of a listing, in which case the surplus cash will be used to obtain this.

I assume whatever we invested disappears into a black hole never to be seen again? Thankfully it was just a few grand and nothing too much to lose. Once the company is delisted this thread will disappear and that’ll be the last of it?

I am more than happy to forward the email I received from Peter to you or if you are on telegram you can join the group where I have posted the screen shot of the email! Telegram link hxxps://t.me/hellenicdynamics

And just to clarify, Peter didn’t break AIM rules as it is already public information and out in the domain that delisting would occur at the end of January as per AIM rules but I wanted to clarify it with him!

I don’t see the delisting from AIM a problem personally as Hellenic/SPC are going for a main market listing so was always going to be delisted from AIM

He opened with Hi XxxxxI'm not sure why you would challenge the email he sent to me and now I'm wondering why I bothered posting it.Ive emailed him several times in the past and so yes he mightve used a more chatty style but that is 100% what I received.

susiebe. How do you square that statement with this earlier one from over the road?

No Opinion

I emailed Peter Jay regarding delisting and just had this reply

Hi David

I can confirm that the Company will be delisted from AIM on 2 February. The delisting cannot be delayed or cancelled.

The Board will issue an update shortly.

Kind regards,

Peter"

As I said in my earlier post 920 of 928 - why on earth is Peter Jay releasing material information by email to monikered posters on a chat room, if these posts are true, in clear breach of FCA and AIM disclosure rules??? It's a criminal offence and as a qualified corporate lawyer PJ knows that it is.

I believe him to have made a complete hash of this RTO but I don't believe he would be daft enough to comment critically in a random email reply that "The FCA are having personnel problems and are running some time behind schedule" when he's still allegedly hoping for a positive outcome re FCA approval. As a company chairman you just don't do that sort of thing. He might well be past his sell by date but surely he's not that senile yet?

I'm tempted to challenge you on this susie as I have long term experience of his email style (see 872 of 11th Jan) and what you posted isn't it. It's too nice and chatty for starters and too many words, cf. his response to me:

"Dear Mr xxxx
Here are my responses to your questions. I would ask that you do not come back to me with questions based upon them as I will not comment further."

See what I mean about too nice and chatty, eh, and he's always opened with "Dear Mr ..." to me not "Hi David" as Jones2810 claims. How did he open to you, btw?

He apparently told 'David' "the Board will issue an update shortly" which would be typical of him apart from the breach of AIM rules re delisting. I'm pretty sure that, just as before, he's gonna run this right up to the deadline before putting the required RNS in front of our nomad for approval and then openly admitting his personal failure to the market. For certain, "You are entitled to feel frustrated at the delays but there are no reasons to feel nervous" is not the shortly to be issued update the Board will have in mind.

apfindley - I am relaxed, as my investment here is tiny. However, it just doesn't smell right. Happy to be proved wrong, of course.

I had this email today from PJ.Sure he wouldn't mind me posting to hopefully allay some fears."You are entitled to feel frustrated at the delays but there are no reasons to feel nervous. The FCA are having personnel problems and are running some time behind schedule."

To avoid all the cash going AWOL in the event of what looks like an inevitable de-listing, we need 5% of the shareholders to band together to call an AGM to propose a members voluntary liquidation. No doubt masergt as our BB corporate lawyer could advise on the practicalities of that?
