01/4/2022 09:48 | apparently no rns [i guess, as not obliged to - see lse email exchange], however i see hellenic have started posting on twitter again, just a few minutes ago. [thanks again to the poster for sharing] -- Hi Allan We are moving well albeit slower that we would have liked. I will put up an update for shareholders within the next couple of weeks. Kind regards Peter | wrtmf
31/3/2022 10:22 | rns tomorrow/mon? | wrtmf
30/3/2022 11:49 | The delays have been caused by the time frames the FCA have adopted, no problem/disagreement | susiebe
26/3/2022 08:15 | You’re right there Boxermut, this is going to end up being an empty shell at this rate. This appears from lack of progress to be more like a scam every day that goes by but hope it’s not? I can’t believe it’s just the FCA being under resourced that is holding this up? It all seems very suspicious pushing out the listing date time and time again? AIMHO ADYOR! | muchodinero
18/3/2022 13:21 | Muncho, you really are a class clown , why oh why oh why did you bother buying into a shell ? | boxerdogz
16/3/2022 18:38 | Should all be sorted by 2024 assuming that the FCA still have any employees working on this one? What a shambolic state of affairs at the FCA! | muchodinero
16/3/2022 13:46 | I'm guessing that now the share has been delisted, they can talk more freely without the need for an RNS etc | ashleyjv
16/3/2022 13:12 | from barry5 over on the other side [much appreciated]. -- RE: Update from Peter Jay On 16 Mar 2022, at 11:33, Neil wrote: > > Hi Peter, > I'm a current shareholder and am very much hoping to hear some positive news before the 31st March. It is frustrating for all that the process has taken so long but this has been down to issues at the FCA and not to any problems with the transaction or the parties. I am pleased to say that we are making good progress but we will not be able to complete before 31 March and we will then have to extend the long stop date, one more time and both parties are happy to do that. Kind regards Peter On 16 Mar 2022, at 12:09, Neil wrote: Thank you for the reply Peter. It's frustrating for all of us but I'm glad to hear that both parties remain committed. Are you able to advise when the long stop date would be moved to? Thanks once again. Kind regards Neil We need time to complete the FCA approval process and it is difficult to estimate how long that will take because they are not a private sector professional firm. I suggest that another 8 weeks would cover their additional scrutiny and then the time for convening the EGM so I think another 6 weeks should be sufficient. I cannot of course guarantee that as you will understand. Kind regards Peter | wrtmf
11/3/2022 18:27 | I think the FCA will have put this SPAC in the dustbin. Just a matter of weeks until officially closed down in my humble opinion? Any thoughts to the contrary? | muchodinero
05/3/2022 09:37 | Has anyone been in touch with Hellenic, Peter J or Cairn? | furryguy
23/2/2022 11:47 | cheers for confirming that. | muchodinero
23/2/2022 10:14 | They've got until 31/03/22 to gain their Main Market listing. Nothing to say in the meantime. | realcooltrader
23/2/2022 08:29 | Looking like this site has been abandoned by everyone? | muchodinero
22/2/2022 08:19 | Does anyone know when the next update is supposed to be given, was a date in March mentioned? | muchodinero
16/2/2022 15:58 | I phoned up Hargreaves, where I've got ISAs and my SIPP, to find out what I can do about selling my small stake in UK Spac. They said that I'd have to put in a kind of fill or kill order over the phone. John | 2350220
15/2/2022 11:45 | No, their probably all sat on a beach somewhere puffing on a spliff? | muchodinero
15/2/2022 07:31 | Has anyone had recent contact with Hellenic? | furryguy
14/2/2022 17:01 | 10th of March is HSBC's deadline | ashleyjv
14/2/2022 16:47 | You’d have thought the company would have considered the consequences of the FCA doing nothing and delisting happening. As this was such a unique deal cause of the cannabis connection, then the AIM rules on SPAC deals should have been updated from 6 month limit to 12 months? | muchodinero
14/2/2022 16:41 | HSBC won't hold delisted stock at all, whether it's in an ISA or not | ashleyjv
14/2/2022 16:32 | Yes in the letter from Barclays it says that you cannot hold the delisted stock in your ISA, so I imagine problems for some? The SIPP matter is okay. | muchodinero
14/2/2022 16:24 | There is issues with ISA , or so Ive read , but SIPP is fine IMO | boxerdogz
14/2/2022 15:02 | Just spoke to Barclays. It was just a nonsense letter. The shares will just sit in the SIPP until something happens. Just a case of waiting for the FCA to get their act together at some point in the future. | muchodinero
14/2/2022 11:22 | Change Brokers Munchy. I've had no prob saying that from my broker for SIPP | boxerdogz |
