Another month has gone by without any updates. Is this going to go down as just another con job by some dodgy characters looking to get handfuls of cash and disappear to the Costa Del crime? It wouldn’t be the first time it’s happened and it won’t be the last? I hope it’s not the case but hope of a deal is running out of time it appears? Adyor!!!

If someone else already has a licence and is offering via IPO why didn’t we meet the last deadline? Not a big fan of companies that break deadlines and make false claims before they’ve ever got their ducks in a row. Is this another foreign Mediterranean like ‘Polly Peck’ scam I wonder?

Primary Bid is circulating an offer re Equinox "... a British cannabis first-mover and holds one of the first Home Office issued Controlled Drugs Licences for high concentration THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) medical cannabis cultivation and production..."

IPO closes 3 Dec, let's see how it fares.

The Company is in the process of advancing its application and draft prospectus with the FCA. By reason of the nature of Hellenic's business, however, it is necessary to obtain various legal opinions in multiple international jurisdictions and, in relation to certain of these jurisdictions, to undertake extended due diligence, all of which has had an impact on the estimated completion date for the Acquisition.

I know that you're just on the wind up but if you check the the new IPO lists, you will notice that there are more cannabis companies coming to the market. I no longer think that the FCA will cause a problem

FCA should not stop businesses from completing important transactions/listing because they lack Human Resources to carry out their duties! The AIM rules are quite clear and not sure if delays caused by an inept FCA will allow for further delays beyond 6 months of suspension prior to the Spac being delisted?

I agree with him, the FCA need to pull their fingers out of their ars@s and get this deal approved! Typical government body having no sense of time or urgency as it won’t make any difference to them whether the deal goes through or not!
