05/11/2021 18:08 | So there’s almost zero chance of that happening considering the complexity of such a deal with the FCA involved one assumes? | muchodinero
05/11/2021 16:37 | Correct, delisted if deal not completed by 2nd Feb | xow98
05/11/2021 15:15 | Well if the deal isn’t completed by the 2nd Feb it won’t matter where they grow the stuff as the shares will be delisted and the deal will be cancelled as far as the shareholders are concerned if I’m ready the statements correctly under AIM shell rules? Any thoughts? | muchodinero
05/11/2021 07:53 | grow in greece, list in london, sell into multiple markets. let's see how it goes... | wrtmf
05/11/2021 07:29 | We’ll they’d better get a move on as less than 90days until the whole thing is wound up it would appear from the AIM rule? | muchodinero
04/11/2021 21:44 | we're in a better position than waiting for a deal by 2nd sept. just have to sit tight. 'By reason of the nature of Hellenic's business, however, it is necessary to obtain various legal opinions in multiple international jurisdictions and, in relation to certain of these jurisdictions, to undertake extended due diligence' | wrtmf
04/11/2021 12:39 | You’d have thought that the company would have done some research and discussed this with the FCA before going down this route. Clock is ticking and FCA appears to be oblivious to the potential outcome here. Any thoughts? | muchodinero
04/11/2021 09:59 | Well looking at the small print on AIM shell rules, it appears that something has to happen either way by the 2nd of February 2022 otherwise it's game over maybe? the FCA need to pull their finger out!!!! ......The Company was suspended from trading on 2 August 2021 following the announcement of the proposed Acquisition. In the event that no such transaction is completed within six months the date of its suspension, the Company's shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 41. There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to complete the Acquisition or any other Reverse Takeover during the six-month suspension period......... | muchodinero
02/11/2021 21:13 | prof mike barnes made it on to gbnews Hellenic Dynamics Retweeted: Maple Tree | Medical Cannabis Consultants @mapletreecan 14h Maple Tree’s @Mikebarnes29 on GB news this AM on #medicalcannnabis access. His message for doctors on prescribing: “Do it. Do the right thing for your patient. Push through the bureaucracy and tell your patient ‘I’ll do my best to get you the medicine that’s right for you.” ...and hannah deacon, another advisory board member is in the times | wrtmf
01/11/2021 17:36 | It looks like FCA are moving as slowly as possible to make it look like they are worthy of existing. There is one thing we can be sure of is UK red tape, no wonder China is doing so well and our economy is going down the pan. Maybe it'll get sorted by 2025? | muchodinero
01/11/2021 13:57 | To be expected I think - particularly in light of some of the content of the interview linked above. G. | garth
01/11/2021 13:50 | Well, I hope it's worth the wait! | realcooltrader
01/11/2021 13:32 | Long stop moved to 31 jan | mjb252

31/10/2021 12:20 | thanks for link. very useful. so journey started 2018 to legalise. the product he mentions sativex, we did dispense(think over £300 per prescription). think this is a stock with a 3 to 5 year hold??? if he can start to get political change in the medical profession as well as lobbying at parliament level. then this is £billion market. He has spotted the opiate based pharma are going to oppose(probably until they can get their seats at the table?) watch how then all the benefits and the research jobs/tax/employment etc etc will be brought out to forefront. hence just sit on the stock and do nothing. time will bring its rewards:) | comedy
28/10/2021 07:28 | Thanks for sharing that link. Interesting piece - worth a listen for useful medical industry/regulation context if one is still researching. G. | garth

26/10/2021 20:31 | Interesting article, not sure if the same context as Hellenic? hxxps://apple.news/A | muchodinero
26/10/2021 20:19 | Wouldn’t surprise me if the UK regulators are trying to stop innovation in the UK. Bunch of old men living in Victorian times. If they don’t move with the times many new companies will just move their business to Europe and elsewhere. Just hope I’m wrong! | muchodinero
26/10/2021 19:29 | fingers x'd something happens by end of january | wrtmf
26/10/2021 10:55 | Thanks Extrader. Presume the next news will be the extension of the long-stop date. | realcooltrader
26/10/2021 09:30 | I've had a brief reply from the Company : .."Hi xxxx Unfortunately there is no concrete news that i could give to shareholders at present. The process of getting approval from the FCA is well advanced but speed is not a feature of it. The long - stop date, a separate issue is being dealt with." HTH | extrader |
