Didn't you ask whether it was selling well?

They may have only displayed one of each to show they have it in stock. Just a thought Nobby.

I went into my local Boots yesterday which is in a small market town in Oxfordshire. Previously they have not stocked Vamousse but this time both the treatment and the shampoo were on the shelves. There was only 1 of each so presumably they have sold a number already!

This shows that the distribution definitely is increasing.

To be honest I would rather the company gets to cash break even than expand too quickly and require further funding. New launches cost money in the short term so would use up the limited cash resources. I would rather they maximise the current distribution channels to get to that cash break even ASAP. I assume most of the start up costs for the animal health products are being paid by the partner so hopefully that will be contributing to the cash position shortly ads well.

Exciting times!

We surely must soon get news regarding Germany/Australasia expansion of Vamousse?

The funds raised 4 months ago were aimed primarily at just that...

Net proceeds of the Fundraise will be used as follows:

- £1.2 million for further investment in the growth of Vamousse to increase market penetration through enhanced marketing support in the US and UK and also to allow geographic expansion with Germany and Australasia as its first targets.

Come on Jonathan, put wood in hole lad...

2x300k @ 3.15p

Someone has a good broker whether they are buying or selling. I'm still being offered 3.05 to sell large.

Edit.. Very narrow spread, 3.0375 / 3.10. The 200k is highly likely a buy.

Late 250k buy! I have a feeling that the overhang may have come to an end at last. It will be interesting to see if the price moves up in the next few days. Of course we may need a positive announcement to get things going and the results in April may give that required impetus.

450k @ bang on mid?

Some shuffling going on & I'm getting quoted 3.05 for 250k.

Agree with that. They wouldn't normally take this volume of stock, and certainly not without dropping the bid big time. I'm happy to hold and wait for developments.

FWIW I also think buyers are being put off at the sight of these large sells. I know I would be.

Thanks michaelsadvfn.
Big share turnover in TYRU again today.
I believe that the MMs must have a buyer, for they are taking a significant(2 mill)amount of stock on board.

mudbath,

According to the last presentation the market for insect repellants is worth $0.8bn vs $0.7bn for the head lice market.

The big ones to come are the fleas and ticks for pets and the deworming of livestock markets, worth $6bn & $4.5bn respectively.
Tyratech's management are the guys that built Frontline into a $bn business and you can bet your last dollar they will be going after a piece of that pie.

There's a link to the pdf file available in timboo3's post 280. See page 9.

And of course the potential market for TYRATECH's DEET free Guardian Wilderness and Guardian Backyard is significantly larger still.

Imo it is only a matter of time before Walmart etc have these products on their shelves.
What then for TYRU revenues ?

...interesting to note the first target market for PureScience is worth 4 times that of the head lice market and I particularly liked the comment from MWI...

Robert Rowland, Entomologist, Technical Services MWI Animal Health said: "I have used TyraTech's products in the field and seen the excellent results for example on poultry mites. I really look forward to bringing this new technology to the poultry producers who will get top class pest control with very safe products."

Hi dvi,

Good to see you're still around.

Good point regarding Nyda & Picksan, and yes, I've looked at the competition although not in great detail.

Picksan...
"Picksan is the product to have in the cupboard! i followed the advice given to treat once and repeat 5 days later and then 5 days after that.

It kills lice but not their eggs, hence the need for a triple application.

Nyda appears to work well yet Vamousse has overtaken it on the best sellers list.
I noticed one review where the customer said they had used it and were now using a preventative shampoo... ;-)

These two products are half the price of Vamousse and not everyone has the means to pay for premium-priced products so there will always be competition.

Management have done a great job getting Vamousse into so many retail outlets in such a short timeframe and with positive customer feedback we should see a sharp increase in revenues.

With the recently raised cash, rising revenues from Vamousse and presumably income about to start flowing from the animal welfare products, they shouldn't need to raise more money in the short to medium term. I guess if they do it will be to fund expansion into another area such as pet care, which should be seen as a positive.

As an experienced investor I have rarely been so expectant as with Tyratech. The price has been suppressed by the recent fund raising and L+G selling out which has given me an opportunity to get a big stake at what I consider to be a ridiculously low valuation. The results in April may well show that the corner has been turned in terms of revenue generation and cash break even and may well cause a rerating.

Ultimately there is little doubt IMHO that the company is undervalued significantly. As I keep on saying the Vamousse brand alone is worth significantly more on a multiple of potential annual turnover than the total market cap to a larger company with money available for marketing. And then there are the other marketed products and all the potential brands in different fields such as pet care still to come. Plus the management are experienced and seemingly doing a good job.

That all makes for a very interesting future IMHO!

Any views on nyda and picksan? They seem to doing well too, looking at Amazon reviews, but I am encouraged by the momentum and positive feedback that Vamouse is getting. As a bruised investor in xl tech group and then this one, I am wary and not surprised to see the depressed share price but agree that the team they have formed seems surprisingly well qualified and wonder if there is now significant upside should further funding not be required due to rising Vamouse revenues.

Well it certainly looks like our seller is done. We may be entering an interesting period share price wise...

Narrow spread, 3.05/3.125

There is certainly a lively market for TYRU stock, michaelsadvfn, which for me augurs well for your impending mark up.
The present spread seems a bit contrived ,although it is serving to create liquidity, which is probably the MMs' objective.

Another bullish factor is the current willingness of the MMs to buy TYRU stock in huge quantities at above mid price. This to me indicates that our large seller has,at least for now, left the building.

Cheers mdm100.

The TYRATECH (BOD)is playing a brilliant hand with great finesse imo.

Establishing the stocking and acceptance of Vamousse across such a broad spectrum of retail outlets throughout the USA and the UK in a matter of months is nothing short of a miracle.
Jactel certainly must be as persuasive as the product is effective.

Once Vamousse(and TYRATECH) has become established as a trusted brand,no doubt step two will be to introduce the Vanguard formulations into those same numerous points of sale.(Logistically more straight forward)

Positive news flow from TYRATECH should prove abundant as their product(s)reach intensifies and extends into mainland Europe and beyond.

Who knows,a US listing might beckon down the line.
By then though, current investors should have seen several upward re ratings and then some.

Just my view and mirroring the optimism of michaelsadvfn as displayed in the thread header.

The (lower) price is facilitating a movement in holdings between those who want out and those who want in.
A very healthy state of affairs imo, particularly in view of michaelsadvfn accurate observation that,"None of the progress made over the last 18 months is(yet) reflected in the share price."
Demand for the cheaper TYRU stock is vigorous and immediate.
Exciting times ahead !

Hopefully you'll be proven right. None of the progress made over the last 18 months is reflected in the share price. Very odd to say the least.

We are being held down by someone selling(L&G again?).
