08/2/2016 15:25 | It's the Year Of The Monkey so I sincerely hope his shares go up in the next 12 months - I hate to see ex stockbrokers in the gutter ! | chinese investor
08/2/2016 15:22 | Prof will be delighted for me. | michaelsadvfn
08/2/2016 15:20 | Looking Good ! | chinese investor
08/2/2016 15:19 | TYR up 26%, 4p on the offer. | michaelsadvfn
08/2/2016 14:33 | Indeed they are. I just did a dummy sell for 100k and got quoted 3.40p. I wonder if we've gone from having a seller to having a buyer? | michaelsadvfn
08/2/2016 14:01 | And they are bidding up for stock! The RSP bid is for 250k at 3.4p. Only 100k on offer at 3.5p. | nobbygnome
08/2/2016 13:57 | So I was correct; all it needed was a 19k buy! Two MMs now left on 3.5p. Nobby | nobbygnome
08/2/2016 13:26 | Only 3 MMs left at 3.5p now; there were 5 this morning! I don't think it will take a lot more buying to move the price. Nobby | nobbygnome
08/2/2016 13:18 | That's my fault michaelsadvfn for I rustled up another £14k and spread it across both share types.Possibly wait for a while now to see if the MM's might cook up a little retrace. | mudbath
08/2/2016 13:10 | Looks pretty good to me at first glance, especially with growing revenues and cash that almost covers the market cap. Will have a closer look later. TYR on the move in the meantime, +13%. | michaelsadvfn
08/2/2016 12:57 | Picked up 50k at 3.2p on Friday. Was buying more but forgot to fill out w-ben form on new broker so they would not let me. michael/nobby Sorry to be O/T but can you both look at PURI ....sort of similar sector just wondered what your views were. Just post them on that thread and I will look out for them tia | sharetips6
08/2/2016 12:53 | That's a large holding whichever way you see it Nobby. Interest is picking up, that's for sure. I wouldn't be surprised to see a sharp move up before long. | michaelsadvfn
08/2/2016 12:42 | Just picked up another 150k! That takes my holding to around 1.2 million which although not reaching the dizzy heights of 1% like Michael, nevertheless is quite substantial by my standards. I think we can safely say that we are all getting quite excited..... GLA Nobby | nobbygnome
08/2/2016 11:15 | A small reminder and well worth noting... wigwammer 13 Jan'16 - 07:49 - 241 of 293 1 0 AmerisourceBergen, who own mwi, are a $19bn US outfit. Sounds like a serious partner. | michaelsadvfn
08/2/2016 10:42 | "I believe that we have demonstrated our ability - unusual in a small company - to develop a brand in a short time frame with limited resources. The Vamousse brand alone already has significant value and will be further developed both geographically and in product line extension - but we plan to enter other larger markets in the short to medium term. Each of these is a high margin opportunity and can generate real value either with TyraTech or in the hands of a major player. It is only when the possibilities that flow from the TyraTech pipeline are looked at by segment that the true value of the sum of the parts becomes apparent. We realize that we still have much work to do, but everyone at TyraTech is genuinely excited about the future of our Company." Alan Reade Non-executive Chairman 24 September 2015 I too am genuinely (VERY) exited! Thanks for the link michaelsadvfn to a most interesting and relevant article. "It is well-known that “Essential oils” derived from plants such as garlic, neem tree, thyme and tea have a toxic effect against red mites. Based on this fact, various products in the form of drinking and feeding additives are available on the market. Side effects such as tainting eggs or negative impact on laying performance may occur whilst using these products. There have also been some reports about negative impacts of drinking additives on the water system. It seems that more field studies are needed to identify proper candidates." (must stop hyperventilating over TYR prospects) | mudbath
08/2/2016 09:37 | Article on red mites... Seems an infestation is a serious problem. Good news for Tyratech. Should do well; in the recent presentation BJ stated there was 'a long list of customers waiting for this product.' | michaelsadvfn
06/2/2016 11:06 | Thanks for that timbo003 and for your other good postings. michaelsadvfn,I did indeed have some fun yesterday! Possibly things could have been improved had it not been a Friday afternoon. The way I came across the company was via its NOMAD whilst reviewing SPARK Advisory Partners Limited other AIM clients. Your header content was also compelling. I particularly liked the nuanced change in the outlook for revenues;moving from,"our second half results, whilst still expected to be materially better than the first half, will not be as strong as previously thought" to a much more robust,"Whilst total revenues for the year are expected to be marginally lower than expected, the net loss for the year is expected to be in line with expectations." As you said,"final quarter of 2015 may(accordingly) have been a good one." What more could Investors want ? 06/2/2016 07:23 | Some of you may have had trouble accessing the video from Tuesday's event. Understandably, Sharesmagazine want the presentation videos from the Sharesmagazine event viewed via their Sharemagazine website, so use this link to their dedicated page for trouble free access (it involves just one more click) | timbo003
05/2/2016 20:39 | Welcome on board mate, I see you've been having fun today. I think you've jumped on board at the right time. I find it very odd that there's virtually no interest in these shares considering the progress that's been made over the last 18 months or so, mind you I was saying the same about Pantheon Resources(PANR) when there was no interest and they gave me a 10 bagger last year. PANR was the best performing share of them all in 2015. The upside here could be huge. What price an established global brand with their technology an extra? Not £10m that's for sure. Reade, Jactel, Hill....they know where this is going. So do I. | michaelsadvfn
05/2/2016 15:09 | I bought what they would part with michaelsadvfn,in both classes. There is nothing like following a small-cap whilst it metamorphoses into something more significant. Hopefully TYRATECH fits the bill. Good luck.I will be lurking about ! | mudbath
05/2/2016 14:18 | Not good to be honest, especially the TYR line. TYRU is far more liquid but if you buy TYR you'll end up with TYRU shares anyway. If you need to exit do so when there's demand for the shares after maybe a piece of good news. First time around I exited after the Daily Mail article and had no problem selling batches of 100k up around the 20p mark. | michaelsadvfn
05/2/2016 13:55 | Thank you michaelsadvfn . I am a patient term investor, mainly in STL. Looks like excellent advice on choice of TYR;again thanks. I am signed up already with the W8-BEN. One final point;(I will probably soon find out);how is liquidity ? | mudbath
05/2/2016 13:45 | mudbath, If you are intending to invest longer term then the TYR shares are the ones you should be looking at. You will have to have completed a W8-BEN form which you can obtain from your broker. Incidentally, I hold both TYR & TYRU shares. If you hold TYR shares for one year they will automatically be converted to TYRU shares, one for one, so as you can see buying at 2.75p is a no brainer for those willing to stick it out for at least 12 months. There's more of a market for TYRU shares as you may have noticed already. Your timing, unlike mine, would appear to be spot on. Good luck, and watch out for the prelims on 7th April. | michaelsadvfn
05/2/2016 13:33 | Hello;I have been following your most interesting posts for some time and am about to invest. Please would you suggest the better investment approach given the two share classes. Thanks. | mudbath
