"when results were due out today . The preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2015 will be announced on 7 April 2016."

and the delayed results now due out on the 12th - Today's rns.


Michaels - Where did you access the delay notice as no rns announcement in the ADVFN news schedule - that I can see !!

Odd - are they trying to get a placing away and having trouble ??

Of course that is the day of the results so he should be able to speak openly about the figures etc.

I have asked a friend of mine who lives in the US to get some of the 2 types of Guardian insect repellent spray. He is coming over to the UK this Summer so I will have it before I go on holiday in South West France where I will do a field test!

We could see a little more strength in the SP, for the MMs wont part with any,even at the recently raised offer of 3.25 pence

The analysts briefing is a standard thing so I wouldn't expect them to be told of anything we aren't aware of. Other companies have announced similar today.

Nice to see a bit of volume at long last.

I think the 255k was a roll over of some description rather than a couple of sales,michaelsadvfn.

The MMs very much want to buy large and if no seller emerges,we could well see the share price strengthen again.

With TYRATECH having organised a presentation on results day(April 12th)one would imagine they were lining up something fairly positive,imo.

255k @ 2.85 & 255k @ 2.86 then up goes the offer. Perhaps he's out now.

Agreed, but we aren't going anywhere north until this seller has finished. He's feeding any buying, keeping a lid on the share price

Clearly a phone call or two were made yesterday when no stock was available, then what do you know... a 250k sell appears.

Can't go on forever and there is clearly demand for the shares. I'm sitting tight.

The chart still indicates that the TYRU share price is shifting upwards.

No stock available to buy,whilst the MMs will buy 250k @ 2.85.

Going up ?

So a little delay for the results. I know who's behind some of the buys today.

Not sure how much stock the mm's have but the offer rising would suggest they are almost exhausted.

There will be some buying ahead of the results. I'm in Belgium visiting family & friends & a few folk like this story so will be buying. My eldest daughter will be after another 200k if the offer remains at 3p. Her first ever share purchase was PANR at 20p a year ago. lol

This time next week we'll have some numbers for folk to digest. The accompanying management statement(s) should be quite bullish considering the progress made & hopefully this will see some buying interest.

Let's face it the share price hasn't recovered at all since they stated they may miss their targets slightly.

With TYRATECH eyeing and now addressing this vast market, it is surprising that the TYRU share price languishes below 3.00 pence.

Hopefully some buying enthusiasm might arrive eventually.

Yes I increased my spreadbet yesterday afternoon when they were offering 2.75p. I am sure this price will be seen as an absolute bargain in the not too distant future. However as mud says in the mean time we have to be patient. I suspect L&G are still offloading; I think they had 7% at the time of the last holding announcement which is over 20 million shares so there may be a few more to recycle yet :0(.

The market cap has got to the point where it is well below 2 times turnover for last year. We know we are in a period of growing sales so that is clearly ridiculous and a rerating should happen once the overhang has cleared.

The MMs must have around 2,500,000 TYRU shares in their satchels,for they keep absorbing large sales.
Good luck to them,for once they start to mark the share price upwards there will be good profits to be taken.
In the meantime we PIs must exercise just a little more patience.

Another check in my local Boots. Only 2 packs today so they have sold at least one since Monday! Seriously though if each of the around 30,000 shop stocking Vamousse sells one per week on average we get to a large number very quickly. This would equate to annual turnover of well over £10 million on Vamousse alone. Clearly bigger stores are highly likely to sell more than one a week and then there is Amazon as well which will add sales in the thousands of units per year.

So the Hybridan estimates for 2016 of $12 million may be a little conservative......
