06/4/2018 14:32 | I spoke to John Dawson (CEO Alliance Pharma) last night at the Proactiveinvestor meeting and asked him about the sales target set for Tyratech to receive the additional $4.5m payment for Vamousse. He replied that the sales targets were not especially demanding and assuming that sales for Vamousse grow at the same rate as other recent Alliance acquisitions have grown following their purchase, then Tyratech should receive all (or at least a substantial portion) of the $4.5m | timbo003
06/4/2018 10:19 | ByKimberly B. Vanceon March 13, 2017 Size: 1pc | Verified Purchase First time to ever deal with this horrible lice problem. Did the rid and then vamousse about 5?days later...it was recommended by friend. Was only finding the white nits and did the vamousse daughter said was burning her head a little and she also noticed chunks of hair came out twice in shower. We followed instructions and still woke Up combing out more nits 😞. It didn't recommend gloves, but two days later skin is peeling off finger tips.... trying the lice clinic of America! Gotta get rid of these! This product does NOT work at all! | professor pettigrew

19/3/2018 14:32 | Totally out of order to post the details of any poster from these threads imo. Regardless, if you are correct or not. From the articles comments re: post 2950. "Cllr David Theobald24th August 2008 9:28 pm Although we are as far apart idealogically as Margaret Thatcher and Fidel Castro I for one will be sorry to see Cllr Pickles go. He is definitely a character and there Councillors far less committed to their ward and constituents than he. I do, however, sincerely doubt that he could ever lose the fire in his belly!" | clocktower

12/3/2018 16:52 | nobby- Based on the little knowledge I have regarding the facts I can see no legal grounds for paying a finders' fee to you (although sharks may probably tell you otherwise). I feel Tyratech should reward you in some way for your contribution to the deal though. | greedfear
12/3/2018 14:16 | Hi all I am genuinely interested in everybody's views on what I write below and all opinions positive or negative will be gratefully received. As the regular readers of this thread will know, I was the person who introduced Alliance to Tyratech and of course they ended up buying Vamousse. When I have discussed this with various people, a number have suggested that I should seek a 'finders' fee' from Tyratech so that is precisely what I am doing. Not surprisingly so far they have stone walled me but I have now taken legal advice and have been told that I probably could bring a case in the UK. My argument is that in any such deal clearly the buyer is the most important part. The company no doubt paid a fortune to their consultant to facilitate this deal but in the end the most important aspect of the deal was actually done by little old me. So it appears to me there is a moral (and maybe legal) obligation that they should acknowledge this vital contribution. I can tell you that absolutely no thanks were forthcoming from the company in any way until I started this challenge when eventually they did give some grudging acknowledgement. So I would be interested in your views and if you do feel any compulsion to support me in this matter, please email the company with said support. TIA Nobby | nobbygnome
09/3/2018 19:03 | Ashtree. I'd take it up with the FCA if you have further problems. I assume SVS operate the usual nominee account system. If so the stock isn't officially registered with the authorities in your name as I understand it, it's in the name of the broker's nominee who hold the stock on your behalf. They are legally responsible to pay you in full for transactions carried out by yourself including those which are part of a corporate action. Point is it's the broker who is responsible in this case for sorting out the tax issue because they are the legal registered owner of the shares not yourself. I'd have thought it was a legal responsibility for them to do this to ensure you don't loose out for a tax you are not liable to pay in the UK and as such it's something that will come under FCA regulation. hxxps://www.investop | al h |
