Still no cash,Somerset lad,but thanks for that more hopeful input.
I am hoping for Monday as I am a TERN buyer at around 2.7 pence,or lower, and the more I can add,the better.

mudbath,

II (ex-TD) has just paid up in full, although their site is very slow. May be worth checking your account again...

I suggest shouting at them and threatening to take all your holdings away.....

A few terse emails to AJ Bell worked for me!

I am TDW.
Nothing from them.
I queried this and they blamed Computershare/Capita registars for not supplying pro rata details re individual holdings.
Spoke to the Registrar in Jersey who said it was totally TD/II's problem.
Relayed this to Broker who basically said tough luck,"it could take up to 2 years"!!
Now for some reason I cannot access either of my TD accounts.
Give me strength.

At the moment the MMs will take 500k TYRU off you at 2.6p but will only sell you 100k at the full ask (3.26p)! So if there is any level of buying at this level, I could see it moving up quite quickly.

I agree this is the sort of issue where the BB can be very useful!

Still waiting....
Thank you all for keeping the BB informed.
Good to get confirmed that most have received the full 3p.

AJ Bell and WH Ireland - paid in full.
HBOS - paid 76%, but they have promised to recover the balance although the timing is uncertain.
II (ex-TD) - silence (presumably they're working to recover the balance).

At last AJ Bell have come up with the goods....with no deductions!

Interesting that people are prepared to pay 3p for TYRU, when the MMs drop it to that level.

3p on the bid at TYR

Correct.

The initial consideration for VamousseÒ will be a cash payment of US$13 million on VamousseÒ Completion. This consideration excludes consideration for inventory which is recorded in the Company’s accounts at cost, which Alliance will pay for separately at cost upon VamousseÒ Completion.

Great stuff Timbo! It also appears that TYR will get an additional $0.8 million for the remaining inventory. So the cash position is looking quite impressive!

Thanks for that timbo, unfortunately the market isn't interested in what might happen somewhere down the line.
Looks like we've sailed into the Doldrums for the time being. No idea what the next news will be but I suspect it might be to do with mite dust for the European market as they were already concluding field trials in France quite some time ago.

With reference to the above, it's worth remembering that £3.3m is equivalent to around 2p/share and the current share price is around 3p (mid)...... go figure.

From Hardman's latest report on Alliance Pharma, which appears to bode well for future sales of Vamousse and for the prospects of Tyratech receiving their deferred payments of £3.3m during 2019 - 2020

AJ Bell say they have received the money and it will be credited to the account 'in due course'. They blamed the registrars for the delay, which is curious. They agree that tax should not be paid and are determining if indeed that is what has happened. You would have thought that would be simple for them; just times the number of shares by 0.03 and they will be able to see if the figure is correct. Doh!

Expecting it all to come out in the wash by Thursday and a settling down to have occurred, then I might look to invest in the restructured Business.

Looking at the holdings announcement this afternoon, presumably you also will be declaring a holding above 3% shortly?
