19/1/2018 08:32 | I wonder who keeps on buying those 100k lots every time they drop the offer to 3p.....😜 | nobbygnome
18/1/2018 17:08 | Is it all done now ? How many Shares finally in issue ? MCap on/around £4m ? SP drifting to the 2.5p mark ? I guess the only way is up now... | pottermagic2310
18/1/2018 15:10 | SVS have said the process can take up to 21days to recover the balance due to my account having initially paid out the 3p less 24% tax.Complete shambles imv | ashtree2
18/1/2018 13:00 | Still waiting..... starting to get really irritated about that. One should have to ask Tyratech, but I believe Tyratech would only withhold tax if a W8-BEN (or similar) was not provided. It's therefor I believe that if any tax is withheld while someone had a valid W8-BEN it's the broker thas has FF up. | greedfear
18/1/2018 10:17 | I got the impression it was Tyratech that would have withheld the tax at source based on what they said in the tender circular(Tyratech were the ones actually paying for the shares afterall). I and others got the full 3p which implies that that is what Tyratech paid the brokers. I can't therefore see why other brokers would withhold tax since this was surely an issue between Tyratech and the US IRS. All sounds a bit fishy to me. | al h
18/1/2018 10:05 | Thanks Nobby - do you know why? - and which ones didn't? pm if you prefer | sailing john
18/1/2018 10:03 | Yes one of my brokers (ETX) withheld the tax whereas the other 3 didn't. | nobbygnome
18/1/2018 10:00 | Re withholding tax, Selftrade have advised that it was the Registrars that deducted withholding tax and that Selftrade are "in the process of trying to recover the debt from them" I have been advised by a member here (thanks) that Hargreaves Lansdown and III (formerly TD Direct) have both paid the full 3p. I therefore find it hard to understand why I have had withholding tax deducted. I'm not sure I'm getting the full story. Would appreciate any info from others regarding payments particularly if you are a Selftrade customer. (either here or by pm) Has anyone else had withholding tax deducted btw - I have an in date W-8BEN Thanks - SJ | sailing john
16/1/2018 19:56 | >> lukead I have sent you a private message via the ADVFN system..... | nobbygnome

16/1/2018 12:56 | Thank you mudbath. Still waiting for the 3p. Fully invested so no funds available for other adventures. | greedfear
15/1/2018 21:31 | Yes thank you greedfear;3p and most welcome. Put it all into TERN and KIN this morning,so walking on water currently. One must never become smug at this game though and I am always prepared to see one or the other, perhaps even both,on the laggards list each morning. | mudbath
15/1/2018 16:37 | I am still waiting for the balance from SVS after having been paid after 24% tax taken. Will be asking them what is happening tomorrow ,one week on. | ashtree2

15/1/2018 08:04 | Typical of people on that thread, you resort to personal attacks straight away..... Answer my scientific concerns! Anyway that is all I am going to say on IMM. Please leave this thread now for discussion about TYR? Nobby | nobbygnome
15/1/2018 07:59 | Nobby, some of us have been in IMM since 52p or lower and our very comfortable holding, maybe you just missed the boat ? | ny boy
15/1/2018 07:40 | >> lukead I am not quite sure why I am engaging with you but anyway. You will see from my posts that I am always polite and in no way could be called a bully unlike a number of posters on that thread. The reality is that because of my unique experience, I know more about Lupuzor and the whole rheumatology/lupus field than anyone else on that thread. That may come across as arrogant but is the truth. I know and speak to the physicians in the field on a regular basis. And as for saying I was seen off, well no-one including the company has countered my scientific concerns with any credible answers. There are massive scientific questions about Lupuzor and probably more importantly the clinical trials done so far. The aforementioned physicians agree with me as documented in the Firstword report. I am convinced Lupuzor will not work and lots of money will be lost by the current shareholders! However, people on the thread don't want to hear contrary views so I decided that all the personal attacks and bullying via private messages were not worth the hassle. I strongly suspect I will be proved correct shortly..... Nobby | nobbygnome
14/1/2018 23:06 | sorry, TYRO guys, for o/t lukead 14 Jan '18 - 23:04 - 9609 of 9609 Edit 0 0 0 just after reading through some of the postings here, another suspect is a poster called 'zhu', premium of course and an inborne dislike of assumed rampers and others. PS i see a while back a poster called IMMY, still holding and posting had quite a debate with Nobby and saw Nobby off wounded, but as we know, he is still a football ref and is of same opinion now as he had then with IMM, he has missed out on a good rise at IMM, mind you, which he must regret. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx PS2, your friend NJB67 has invested 12,000 shares in IMM and i don't supose you reckon yourself to be a bully (you accuse others) and somewaht conceited sort of fellow, i have been reading the IMM thread, around Sepember 2017, in particular. | lukead
14/1/2018 15:54 | I have been out all day refereeing so no thumbs down from me! I occasionally look in on the IMM thread to see the laughable ramping statements from the normal suspects! I remain strongly of the opinion that Lupuzor has virtually no chance of working for a whole variety of reasons. A lot of money is going to be lost on IMM; I especially worry about the young guy who has bet his whole inheritance on the company. It will end in tears.... And no I don't know njb67, although he clearly knows what he is talking about. The people on the thread should take notice of what he is saying rather than slagging him off all the time. But the bullies will carry on in their normal way.... Nobby | nobbygnome
14/1/2018 13:16 | fao Nobby, do you look into the IMM BB and tick down post's, be truthfull and do you know the poster NJB67 | lukead

14/1/2018 07:42 | Just seen the announcement about L+G's holding on Thursday afternoon. I have a PhD but can't work out what it means! Can someone explain it to me....🤔 Nobby | nobbygnome
14/1/2018 07:29 | The sad person that I am, I continue to monitor sales of Vamousse in my local pharmacies. Lloyds have sold 3 packs in the last week and the interesting thing is that they are now charging £15.45 per box. I am not sure if this increase happened since Alliance bought Vamousse but shows that even at this premium price, it is still selling. Boots have sold 1 in the last week. Nobby | nobbygnome |
