Guardian/Outsmart/PS generated $800k last year.

I expect USA PS sales to gain traction this year but I doubt whether these will run into the millions. If they get the mite dust into the European market sales won’t be meaningful in 2018.

I can’t see revenue anywhere near $3m but hope to be proven wrong.

I hadn't seen the new list so thanks! There are some interesting observations. Most of the institutions including Octopus have gone below 3% and I thought Amvac couldn't go above 30% without making an offer for the company. Also Alan Reade the ex chairman clearly sold some in the offer as he is also below 3% now.

So overall it seems like the main people who held on as a group were the PIs!

All I know is that considering the potential of the products and cash in the business they are worth comfortably more than the current market cap. That is why I am a bit confused as to why michael has sold out now. Not a lot has changed from before in terms of getting a realistic valuation and he was willing to wait then. He could have got 3p in the offer but presumably ended up getting 2.5p or less. Curious.....each to their own though!

$3million was in the air,so I plucked it out,Nobbygnome.
I seem to recollect $900k being mentioned as achieved in 2017;so,given that the whole team can now focus almost exclusively on AH,my "meaningful" $3 million might not be a pipe dream.

I am not quite sure how you get to 3 million. Outsmart and Guardian together will be no more than 250k IMHO. Pure science is difficult to estimate but I can't believe it will be 2.75 million! Happy to be proved wrong though.....

Where would you place "meaningful" michaelsadvfn ?

I reckon around $3million this year, doubling (or more) in 2019.

There are a handful of folk buying and selling, moving the share price around a little but that’s all.

There’s no new money coming in from anywhere, that’s the problem as I see it.

Why not?
Revenues, that’s why, and they won’t be generating any meaningful revenues this year.

All in my opinion.

An odd share this.

Did the share price rise on any previous announcement, and I’m not talking about the sale of Vamousse?

Vamousse being sold at Walmart? Sainsburys & Tescos, Lloyds & Day Lewis and the rest.

Did the share price rise after any of the PureScience news releases?

Did the share price rise after any Smartpak announcement?

The answer to all of the above is no, so why would it rise on the announcement of the mite dust being available in Europe, it clearly isn’t a product that will generate company changing revenues.

How ironic that the market valued the company at £40m when they had no products on sale.

I must admit to reconsidering the investment case for TYRU and subsequently bought a total of 500k shares, which served to jump the offer this morning.
Either Nobbygnomes respected prediction of an RNS, or alternatively positive news on PureScience sales in the USA could well further stimulate the share price

That's the reason I doubled up a few weeks ago, though michaelsadvin didn't think this is what would move the share price in the short term. We'll see.

Contrary to your approach I have been buying back the shares I sold at 3p! I expect an RNS imminently on the European chicken mite trials and a rerating to above 3p.

According to Tyratech this week :-

The Future’s Bright
26 February 2018
A recent Rabobank report forecasts a promising outlook for the global poultry industry—with some regions of the world expecting growth in excess of 5%. However, any push for increased production must be matched with the increasing consumer drive for reduction of synthetic pesticides and antibiotics, clean food, and reduced environmental impact.

"Starting from the successful foundation of mite control in the U.S.A., TyraTech’s PURESCIENCE products are a perfect fit with the poultry industry as it drives forward with sustainable production gains. From this start point, the TyraTech plant-based technology platform has a wide array of potential applications, covering several key unmet needs in the avian industry."

Well to date my decision not to let my shares go at 3p was not a good one. However all we need is some good news and we should sail over 3p, given the cash position and potential.

Wow PUGUGLY,that is one big question.

For an answer, possibly an extended read of Still Waiting's thread might provide many answers.

TERN's investee companies, particularly Device Authority and InVMA,seem loaded with potential to generate £millions of both profit and revenues.

If TERN can circumnavigate any possible near term cash flow bottleneck then I would expect to see its share price move vigorously upwards on a prolonged basis.

Just my opinion of course, although I must admit to feeling hugely confident;as is surely a necessity when one goes "all in".

mudbath: Been watching TERN for some time and 1 year graph has many similarites to TYRU before the buyback offer - OK tern up 25% on loan note conversion today at 2p but G*d knows why share price up - Probably (imo should be closer to 2p) - From my notes sP was 6.5/7p on 27/8/17 re BB and fund raising - MC approx £8m

SP today 3p/3.5p and MC- If advfn correct - £5.8M No they are wrong as their MC based on 172.9 million. But not much difference !!

" In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR
5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately
following Admission its issued share capital will consist of 186,651,140
Ordinary Shares of 0.02 pence each. "

So why invest in TERN ??

Try TERN michaelsadvfn would be my advice.I was 100% into TYRU / TYR and am now 100% moved across, following the tender.

That is a bit of a change of tune from when you said you were holding all through the tender offer for the long term! You could have sold them for 3p then with no dealing costs.......

Have you advised your Belgian holders to sell too...

No interest here whatsoever.

The market isn’t interested in potential, only profits, and management have sold off the main source of revenue.

Dear oh dear. Could be a long time before this recovers, if at all.

I’ve sold a good few and stuck the proceeds into PANR. Already well up.

Falling back - Looks as though little buying interest - If want to sell volume would probably (imo) take a major hit - Company now too small and illiqid (imo) for anything else than a long term hold in the HOPE and it is HOPE at the moment that they can gain traction in the animal health business - they are however smaller than a minnow at the moment with all the below the radar difficulties (imo)

greedfear: _ Glad to hear all may be coming right in the end . Whoever you are using appear to have diabolical back office.

Also given the AIM regulations re changes in major share holdings should have been many more announcements -(even were holings not tendered the percentage hodling will have changed) OK it is up to shareholders to advise the company BUT many apparent omissions - Anyone know if there are any time limits ?
