Don’t ask. It can be worse. I’ve not even received one penny yet. No matter what I do, telephone calls, emails, being nice, being nasty, it makes no difference. I will not get any money before they’ve sorted it all out. So, they f. up and in 5 weeks time they’ve not been able to sort it out. I’m really, really p.

The interesting thing about that article is that not only does our product have good efficacy, but compared to other products it takes less time and effort to apply.

A massive 50% saving in labour costs - something I hadn't even thought of!

And no production losses.

So an update on the ETX situation. Because I was so irritated I decided to email the CEO directly. Within 2 hours it was sorted and the money is in my account! What is more they are going to look at their processes to ensure this doesn't happen again! Result!

I also have a tax update and am going to give some negative publicity for ETX because they most definitely deserve it! After three phone calls and 2 emails over 10 days, they are still 'looking into it'. After I rang yesterday, they promised to ring me back with an answer but guess what....no reply. Today they assure me they are 'looking into it' but are clearly incompetent at sorting out a very simple problem. In my opinion it is their problem not mine and they should just pay me the money. Strangely they don't see it like that.....

Shame on you ETX, all my other brokers can work it out! I urge everyone out there to avoid using ETX as they really haven't got a clue.

Withholding tax update - received full refund of deductions in error
For info tendered and sold my full holding having bought around 2.5p when deal announced so very happy with circa 19% for 5 weeks.
I don't know how to value the remaining business so not for me but will watch developments and might be back in a year or two

No only GAL in fact. I am extremely bullish about GAL and have bought another 50k this morning. When the appeal is dismissed in a couple of weeks time (hopefully) I think there will be another significant rise. The current valuation is ridiculous for the amount of gold they have in the ground. Plus we know they are perfectly capable of extracting it in their own plant and sending the concentrate to Canada for smelting because they have done it before. I have actually been to the mine and seen the purification plant in operation. Very impressive!

I'm really glad the share price here has held up post Tender Offer, I must admit I was a bit worried that it might have dropped a lot.
The beauty of the situation now (post T/O), is that not only there are fewer shares in circulation, but those they are principally held by the people not wanting to sell.

A situation Which should have a nice bearing on share price movements as and when news is released.

I should point out that the reason I am buying some back (300k now) is because Spreadex managed to tender all my spreadbets held with them by mistake! These brokers really lead you to despair sometimes....

I have just bought tyru 100,000 and pushed up the price paying 3.1 Having sold all my shares in the recent reorganise would like to have a small stake in the future here.
