GSA 0.70 => 0.69 on 12th April.

GSA increased by 0.01 (12000 shares) on 18th March and reduced by same on 12th April

I think the current share price is a combination of:
- 17% of the shares may be dumped at any moment
- results due soon (well, 22 Jul last year) and can the company really move into profit without another raise
- has the bank been properly sold yet...
- the current management's practice of saying nothing unless they have to

UBS, AG & Morgan Stanley and Co.

chemist, I just checked Admission document. In 2014 Ed, Danny and rockhopper had 4% of PIC.At 1.3b, it comes out to 52m

PIC is raising 500m and half for exiting shareholders i.e 250m which is way more than ED and danny's share. Some other shareholder might also be exiting

I don't know guys, I remember reading/listening at one point that Edi's Truell Foundation are the shareholders of PIC. Can't remember the source

yes K3vmc, Ed's last bid does prove that he doesn't have access to liquid cash.

He is selling PIC share for a while. My initial thought was that Ed might liquidate his PIC position on IPO.

Now PIC is raising cash that means no more IPO. So may be this is for Ed's share.

bs76, that FT cutting is a real gem. Edi raising cash to get TUNG back HAS to be a strong possibility. Odey must average at least 80p, so you would think the offer would be at least £1 based on that.

Say what you like about Edi, but he is one of the shakers and movers in the City. He must be smarting from some of the criticisms of him. He won't give up on this, because getting TUNG back and making it successful is the only way to prove his critics wrong. Whichever camp is more equipped to run the company, a hostile bid might be enough to remove the shorters.

Interesting times to come.

But any bidder (whether ET or someone else) would always have wanted to pitch a bid at a level it thought would get major shareholders on board wouldn't it? I would have thought that the more concentrated the shareholdings are, the easier it is for someone to sound out key shareholders ahead of a bid with a view to pitching it at an attractive level.
