Tomorrow we should short squeeze but offer price between 80p and 120p is 50% to 100% rise. It will be interesting with 10.5m stocks on loan. And it might play out like plus500 which had offer of 400p and now it's 630p.

I think Edi had enough of market manipulation after last weeks fall. More than 25% of market cap gone on no news and low volume. He might have thought that clear strategy in capital market day will put a line under this but it clearly hasn't. Let's guess the offer price. I will say 1.20

A share price is not the absolute value of a company. It's a reflection of sentiment toward the company's immediate and future prospects.k3vmc has it right on the LSE thread. Edi will underwrite TUNG with whatever bid he places, but will he take the opportunity to show the market how wrong it is and run with us longs, or exploit current sentiment to try and stuff us?We know he can be ruthless, though his reputation's on the line here imo.It was Edi that meant the IPO got away. It was Edi that got Odey in to 19%. It was Edi that got me invested.

Someone has something they don't want to sell.

Someone else wants to buy it.

What does that do to the price?

bwakem: two ways look at it.Price action suggests market expects a lowball.JP closing suggests they expect higher than when they started to ramp closing at approx. 75p.10.5 hours wait.

Edi needs 75% of the vote. He needs more than he and Odey (who sits at 150p) to make it work. With cash to profitability and a £30m buffer when we arrive at it, TUNG is a long way from disaster -so who would vote sell out at these levels?? We're not drowning in debt and pension deficits to warrant a low ball.Taking the medium term view, Truell clearly believes the business will succeed and has value, because he wants own it. So why should shareholders give this growth business up just 1 year from profitability..?

Looking at the price action leading up to this weekend, I would suggest this is not necessarily good news for shareholders.

Have the bar stewards done it yet again ? Force the price down to buy on the cheap.

Corruption as usual.

Nearly coughed up dinner.Rick said "not for sale" at the capital markets day. To what extent does that include Truell? He'll need support to win. Though he has a confidence. The City knew and JP are clearly expecting a bid higher than perhaps 80p as they started closing their short.More news at 7am.

You can sell now from a trading account and buy back anytime in an ISA. You don't have to wait. More likely we are just being messed around with to get the share price down and let more IIs in.

The sell volume hasn't even been that massive?!? Marketcap reduced by 1/3 in a matter of weeks.

Hopefully Bed and Breakfasting ISA's. Selling now to rebuy April 6th or is that wishful thinking?

well shorters closing and price does down , only makes sense in that momentum private investors are bailing /using losses for tax purposes. for me no reason to sell at this juncture!
