Never in the history of investing has anyone seen such corrupt share price manipulation, unless you held PMO of course. TLW is always the manipulated runt of the litter.

Decided once and for all, if this ever gets back to a certain price, I'm selling and gone for good, The blatant share price manipulation over the last 2 years has been shocking.

Simply don't trust Raul, everything he has ever done to date has been toxic for the share price and the arrogance of the IR at TLW is amazing.

That deal is long dead. A total mess and smacks of incompetence at best. To announce corporate action months ahead etc. carpetbaggers did not even need an inside track. The ineptitude of both overpaid Mgt teams made sure it enriches some

How can they get away with this share price manipulation on a daily basis, it's criminal.

The share price hardly ever went up with oil but crashed back down as soon as oil falls back.

Wonder why Raul is dragging this takeover out? Obvious, gives him more time for the markets to change to enable his mates get hold of TLW assets on the cheap IMHO.

If that's the case, then VOTE A BIG FAT NO TO THIS RIP OFF DEAL!

Again we see TLW is the runt of the litter and shows the biggest falls. (Always registers the lowest rises when oil goes up)

Becoming a CEO is the only job in the world that you get paid off in millions for massive failure.

All you need to be is a prat with a magical gift of the gab blagger.

Raul does not even have that so how the hell did he get this job?

Oh yes, he was brought in for an agenda fitting in well with his mates form a previous job role IMHO.

Like it or not, nothing Raul has done has improved shareholder value, he is a hypnodancing turnip, REIGN!

Badger, that is what I can't fathom, why would you have such a long lead time for completion, would it not been better to announce this coming Oct if completion is planned for Ed of this year, it stops the deal going stale?

Yes indeed. Dhir should speculate out loud they may pull the deal and leave the carpet baggers jammed at the door as they scramble to exit Ridiculous that it was announced knowing it would be up to 6-9 months before completion. All these corporate moves were always a surprise to the market to avoid this unfolding scenario. They never announce a profit warning in advance ?

Bought today CURY (LSE) , excellent DEBT FREE company with huge 10.1 billion revenue, paying dividend even buying back shares , FCF per share 400p but trading 60p ,low mcap
