Trump dont need to cut shale he has many others he can cut without touching shale. Exxon etc are much more efficient etc.

Hopefully in that order.
Big volume day friday, but many of the same shares swapping hands by traders.
Maximum 10m of shorts closed.
130m shorts still need to close.
150m shares for sammy to average down.
Xyz shares for new big gun longs and private investors.
400m shares needed.
This can easily be back in the 40s quickly
To get 400m shares bought the volume needs to be 10 times that amount.
Very crowded trade for shorts...
