I even declare the plan

3 entry points . One done. It will be obvious why and price to maybe 2 others on advfn

Short build mode.. 2 other entries 33 and 37

Target 4p

I won't make much of 33 and 37 don't strike in a gerbil rush . But that's OK. Make 1/3

And then watch TLW fall into oblivion

Take a look at the world around you for the next 18 months kid

Bye bye tlw

Given the scenario that oil storage facilities are full to the brim despite aircraft flying all over the U.S. and China, the only event that could push the P.o.o. higher is the Russians and the Saudis agreeing to cutting production by a reported 10-15m barrels of oil per day. The only potential fly in the ointment preventing that happening is if Trump fails to cut U.S. shale oil production, which he is reluctant to do as several producers are already facing bankruptcy. That being the case, will the Saudis delay cutting production until they all go bust?

If and when that happens, how will to the two main participants share the amount of oil production that needs to be cut. With reports that Russian can survive on an oil price of circa $25 a barrel, whilst the Saudis need $40 a barrel, Putin could force the Saudis to take a far larger share of the cut in production. such a scenario could take some time to resolve, with the P.o.o.remaining around current prices.
