06/4/2020 14:33 | there'll be no 10 mbpd cut deal. anything short of that and market will tank as 10-15 mbpd cut is already in the price. Trump may have a few more tricks up his sleeves that will only prolong inevitable US shale bankruptcies. for example to buy oil futures, increase tariff on imported oil, allow SPR storage to be filled up. none of it will change fundamentals due to covid (US will be hit the hardest) and inability of OPEC+ to cut minimum required 50%+ of their production. TLW on the other hand is a different story, short term 60p+ as it's no longer distressed equity (no for another 6 months). OIL sub USD 10 in 4-8 weeks time, then production will be cut by market forces and it'll move up. | ![]() justthemoney | |
