When a company debt is higher than the company market capital , that usually spell the END for that particular company.

SILLY statement..... Its about Liquidity.. and TLW can service debts for foreseeable future with relative ease.
Example for you: McDonalds....

Pathetic statements from you today ICAC9

Mr white when oil is not shifting within the next 6-9 months , cash problems will arise...

For a start 6 - 9 months is still not the end of 2020 (Hedged > $57)
Secondly, if you believe for 1 minute that Oil will stay at these levels for more than a week you are in cloud cuckoo land.

This drop has the potential to send the globe into financial and economic meltdown.
Even the Saudis will not want that.
The Chinese will not want that, and Trump will not want that.

The current situation is a gift that I thought would never be presented.
If you really do believe that Oil will be anywhere near here in 6 months then I guess you subscribe to Coronavirus signalling the end of the world as well, in which case does it really matter???

Tullow will have cash flow problem in coming weeks , they need a bail out from share holders below 10p share price ..

Where the hell did you get this from?
TLW have zero cash flow problems.
In Fact they will report FCF.
They have no near term debt due.
The have $1 Billion headroom.

You are wrong.
If however you really do believe you are right then please share with us where you derive this info from.

Its a bad day, bad week, bad month bad year for all.
Many stocks will fall by the wayside, but TLW will survive as will PMO.
Stocks that may not survive will be some Airlines etc.

Whites- by April/May this virus will peak causing many more cities worldwide to a lockdown . Tullow oil hedge At $57 will be sitting in the background with no takers because buyers can get oil today at around $33 per barrel. Who would buy tullow oil for $57 when others are selling at much cheaper per barrel?? Tullow will have cash flow problem in coming weeks , they need a bail out from share holders below 10p share price ..

Whites,

That maybe, but are there any covenant triggers linked to oil price?

Cash

None: TLW are in a very fortunate position (IMO) in that the hedges they have in place essentially guarantee > $57 oil
I do believe that once the shorts have had their fill and buyers return "Sniffing the bargain" the rise will be meteoric.
We know that in the main punters do not short other than spread bets and CFD's, but not many will be gutsy enough at this price to maintain short sell status.
