Maths show Tullow losing $250m free cash flow at $33 Brent if it was like this for a year. Can they use their headroom?

Will be big trouble now on Frackville St. Looks like the bubble will pop leaving some US banks in a spot. Maybe weatherable else Whitehouse will not have let OPEC+ achieve this.

Very quick fall in oil and unlikely world flooded with the stuff like 2016 just yet so turnaround could be swift.

You need to split your oil portfolio into sections :

A/ Need funding now/shortly - screwed - panic mode.

B/ High debt levels - screwed - panic mode.

C/ Generating loads of cash with no/minimal debt - ok - grin and bear it - wait for new OPEC+deal news.

D/ Exploration with no debt and no funding needs - ok - grin and bear it - wait for new OPEC+deal news.
