Firing your ceo and coo is not done lightly and hopefully not without some strategy like plan for recovery even at a high level. Worst case would be tlw board making it up as they go along. There’s got to be more to this than meets the eye

Similar position Leoneobull.
My average now sitting just below a £ whereas you are slightly better at 90p

Its a shame it happened, and I have zero doubt it will recover and some whereby majority still holding will find themselves into profit.

Plenty and plenty of news to come between now and Feb update.
All we require is 4 daily 10-12% gains and we will be back above 90p in a week.

(I was heavily into PMO when it tanked to 20p and "Experts were predicting the end).
£50k then would have turned into best part of over £300,000 for 2.5 years investing.
(I didnt get in bottom, nor did I sell at the top)
But there are some GREAT wins to investing vs Trading following the tea leaves.

100% agree with Oilisgold... Long term "Investors" have been dealt a cruel blow.
Its part and parcel though of todays "In out shake it all about" traders with their stop losses and a lot of leveraged positions.
It will recover: Certain of that.. It would be ideal now though to receive some good news and secure a heavyweight which in turn will provide a degree of confidence to those where it matters... (ie: Investors and Funds etc)
Traders do not need confidence.. They just need to see an upward line and sell when a few % has been made, or sell and move on when a stop loss is triggered.. :-)

Cielos12: You should know where to find this as its the absolute most basic that you read the company news.

Research the company would be my advise... Know where you are putting your money.

The Carapa well in the non-operated Kanuku licence, which is targeting the Cretaceous play is currently drilling. The well started at the end of October, with results expected before the year-end. From trading statement

I have found the date where the company made the comment about "Carapa"
If 60 days is what was needed then the results should be out as the company said about the last week of December....

Slow steaming nowadays to reduce fuel costs. Same speed from Ghana to Rio.

SS: Was half expecting cancellation but marine traffic shows its route 'Round the Horn'

The drill ship should be there a lot sooner than the 8/1/20 as it’s only doing 9 kn and a ship of this class is capable of a lot higher speed in the right conditions

Ya just another 80p. And some are celebrating like it never dropped. Good for those that bought at 40p. The drop was never warranted but was triggered off even mire by ii selling as its normal for them to derisk. Lets get to 80p plus tomarrow and weekend will look even better before we get the next update
