One word: ARAMCO 1 year to list, where will SA want poo, remember, all they have to do is reduce exports by 3 - 4 million and rebalancing complete for the IPO. They've played a smart game trying to get all members to comply with quotas but all they have to do is cut with a debt to gdp ratio of 6%, they can cut whenever they want. Are the US going to help?
