still not got back in here.. oil price yes it got a bit of a bounce today. but will it hold? its running out of steam.. WTI now $47.03 as i type - off the highs.

i had a chance to buy at c.153.50p when i saw oil price break to the upside. close ut 156.10p.

weeks of big inventory builds out of US in the coming weeks. thanks Harvey! 😋

It would clearly be disruptive. That said both countries want the oil income so more disruptive for hem potentially. The informed view seems to be that nothing will change though.Gp

Testing this area well. Made a series of higher lows since June. Hopefully it will be onwards and upwards. But oil and it's companies are being manipulated at the moment. So patience needed.

Snippet: 'Tullow oil Ghana Limited has received $220 million from insurers as compensation for the damaged turret bearing that hangs on the Floating Production Storage Offloading Vessel (FPSO).

This is part of a sum of $270 million that the Lead Partner has requested from the Insurer. Tullow, according to the Managing Director, Mr Charles Darko is expecting the remaining $50 million to be paid soon as the insurers access the invoice presented to them. However, it is not clear if Tullow Ghana will be sharing this money among the Jubilee Partners. Ghana has lost revenue from oil due to the damage.'

You wouldn't think it from the share price ... apparently they're only paying 150k per day, down from 600k, surely that's a good thing?
